740 lease - BOBBY_YOON
Renewing my lease was very easy. The price was the cheapest and it was easy. Greg got the car I wanted and respected my time. He had the paperwork all ready and got me out of there within 30 minutes.
Just ask for Martin Dino - Jfmilaski
Very happy with South Bay BMW and Martin Dino. He was very professional, friendly and responsive to emails. With such a large inventory, Martin was able to get me a better deal than any other dealership. Trust me, I tried!
When I came in to test drive the car, he let me drive every car I wanted and explained in depth the features of all my options. Martin was more concerned with me being comfortable and happy with my purchase than anything else. There was no pressure to buy.
So if you are looking for a great car buying experience, just ask for Martin Dino!
My 4th lease with Nick Alexander - SandraStevenson
Henry Ryu was my sales person for my 4th BMW lease. He was very intuitive about what I wanted and needed for my new lease after having just 2 quick phone calls with me. I am a very busy person like the next, and he was able to get me a great monthly fee without any haggling. He also threw in some extras like tire insurance and window tints. I'm planning on staying with Nick Alexander for my next lease in 3 years and I hope to get Henry again. Do NOT get lazy and go through lease brokers... they will try to make some extra cash at your expense. In my experience, I've had the best deals and follow through going directly to the dealership.
Service/ Sales (Rekan,Zack - Dianealexa09
I have personally gone to several other Bmw dealers for years, Center (Sherman oaks) Auto nation (Valencia), and I can honestly say that Century all around is the best dealer that I continue to go to. I have purchased from other dealers before, and I can say out of all of them Zach is honestly the best. He found the perfect car and is the best sales guy I have ever met. He isn’t pushy, he is super friendly, and that is essential when it comes to purchasing a car, I felt comfortable, and the only thing I regret is not purchasing cars from him sooner. Rekan is honestly the best service guy. So sweet. He has worked on my cars so quickly, and is so nice! He does his best to help you as much as he possibly can. I just came in for my service and the dealer emailed me an appointment weeks prior and let me change it without any problem. My car was done within 2 hours which is insane considering other dealers have taken days for just a standard oil change.
A scam of a dealer - avoid! - George A
Catherine - I purchased about 11 months ago a BMW i3 certified pre-owned at your Calabasas location. My experience has not been the best, so I will explain beyond my review and hopefully you can fix these issues for current and future customers. Do NOT try to send me this canned email about me not understanding the terms, it's an insult!
I purchased a BMW i3, first I mention I did not want the car theft stickers, but you have to pay a ton of money for those. I asked him about the warranty, service, etc. Everything worked out perfect, but I figured out quickly that was not the case.
Your sales rep mentioned they were working on painting it before I got the recently purchased preowned car, I asked him to please not rush it. The problem is that, it’s exactly what happened, the car was not ready to be sold. It was rushed through the painting process, the color did not match, but your sales rep continued to say he thought it was the same, probably the sun. I still believe that was not the case. I brought it back about the color, he said it was the sun, so I let it go.
The cleaning process, when I purchased the car I got the car dirty inside, brought it back after I mentioned it to your sales rep that I received it dirty and he said to come back for detailing, I got it back and it was exactly the same, dirty. The problem is that now I see a scratch that probably happened during the detailing or I did not see before I signed off the contract. I park in my own private space, but I trusted your sales rep since he said the car had been painted to meet your dealer’s standards, so I did not I immediately inspect the car. When I got the car the first time, it was parked in a curb facing down and I was not able to fully inspect either.
So when I called your sales rep about the scratch, he made it seem like, oh, you can probably buy some paint to cover the scratch (which I did buy and I was advised by an expert not to do so). But yes, I was not careful enough to make sure no scratches were left out from painting it initially or after the detailing.
Another issue, I didn’t know that my license plates were already behind the car hidden behind a paper. I was not told, so I ended up waiting 6 months, and I ended up going to the DMV for new license plates, and while putting them in, I found that it already had license plates. Then I figure out that it does not have a license plate holder or holes in the front. It is illegal in California to drive without license plates in the front. I contacted Your sales rep and he said they “usually” do it for free, today when I went for my appointment I’m told it would be free but I would have to pay $100 for the part if it was not initially left in my trunk. Your sales rep should have told me that.
Every car I have purchased I make sure it includes an extended warranty and a regular maintenance package like oil changes, etc. for around four years. My previous car had the same type of service plan. I asked your sales rep if it included service, I was comparing to the deal I got at another dealer. I was clear about it and he said yes and you Catherine are assuming I misunderstood my warrant terms, that is unbelievably an insult and poor customer service from your part to post that online, it is a lie.
So I met with my advisor, after I got an orange warning engine light. He tells me that BMW i3s have had this issue from the beginning. That he has had a car come in 3 times with the orange engine light. That the reason for the issue is the extender. Why was I not told this before I purchased this car???
I also get the surprise that really got me upset, that my 4 years do not include oil changes, microfilters, etc. because service maintenance is NOT transferable from the previous owner. I am in shock, now I have to give your dealership approximately $1,000 every year for maintenance? This is unacceptable and I am now in the middle of a bad situation.
Really great experience with Christopher J Han - hsiaoma
This is my first time buying a car and Chris makes it so easy for me. He responds to every little question and request. And it always feels comfortable talking to him, about our needs for the car, about our questions, and even about the price. I would definitely come back here if we ever plan to buy a another bmw.
Great experience! Friendly sales advisor and manager! - ema8720
The guys at Century West really treated me with respect and were always looking to get me in the BMW that I wanted and were able to get me the best payment. I went to many dealerships but ended up in Century West BMW in North Hollywood. I came with my dog and everybody was so nice with Comet He loved the experience! Thank you Century West BMW.
Brake fluid flush, wheel alignment. - MSB1016
I brought my car in at 9:15 a.m. and was told that it would take about 2 hours to do the work needed.
Happily, the work was done - and the car washed, waxed looking like brand new - 1/2 hour earlier!
Chris Meyers and his crew are the best. I would highly recommend the service dept in Santa Monica.
BH BMW is a Joke! - 6677889
I recently asked BH BMW to diagnose a problem with my Z4's convertible top..
Here's why I regretted that decision:
1. They held the car for a week, and never a loaner.
2. When I finally asked them to release the car, they had tacked $500 worth of unauthorized labor onto the bill.
I really had to stand up for myself, just to get the car released without paying the extra cash.
After three visits in four years, I can tell you the rumors are true.
BH BMW service advisors are consistently some combination of crooked, careless, and incompetent.
I subsequently took the car to Pacific BMW, and the experience is just what one wants from a higher-end car company. It was well worth the drive to Glendale.
Do yourself a favor: Steer clear of BH BMW.
Terrible Service-Good Luck With That - Woods1984
Had purchased my X3 there. It had a recall so called service who told me the part was in stock. In the recall letter it said they can have a car for me when I drop it off so I requested one. They told me they would have one if one is available. Wow, that was a surprise. They asked me to make sure I told my service rep when I arrived for the appointment. Set an appointment for my only day off. When I arrive a service rep named Darin rudely came up to me. As a woman, with an accent, he proceeded to treat me like I was second class. He then told me the part was not in that I must be the one who was wrong. He then told me come back next week and walked away. I am very unhappy and will be contacting my attorney. At the very least this person should not be in a customer facing role. BMW here in Valencia has gone down hill and I will be surprised if they do NOT go out of business here soon.
