I was looking for a mid size car for my daughter and since we have had good experience at his dealership in the past. We had leased and bought cars from here and always bring in for service too. We wanted to check out Rogue sport and newly launched Nissan Kicks. Worked with Raj in sales who has helped us in the past. After test driving both cars, we started looking at numbers were really pleased that we didnt have to haggle or anything. We had done our research and presented it to Raj and he came back with a very reasonable and good offer for lease on kicks. We asked to get the paperwork ready and came back in an hour. The process was smooth and had the car washed and ready for us. Patty in finance was very pleasant and efficient with all paperwork.

radar sensor obstruction - oghassem
Initially I took my pathfinder to a dealer near me, they said radar was working fine and the radar obstruction was due to the last week’s raining weather. Then I took it stadium Nissan at city of orange " about 60 miles away to Mark Avila, he treated me like an old friend, they gave me a loaner and a week later I got my car back with a new sensor, no more radar sensor obstruction and the car is working perfect. I feel I found a new friend, someone that I can trust.

He greet me kindly and had the patience to hear my concerns and took note of all of them to my satisfaction. 2019 Altima - Steven7349
I stopped by Van Nuys Nissan to look at a specific Altima that their website indicated was in inventory. I saw the Altima at the LA car show. I met the salesman, Edgar Gonzalez and he took me right to the car. He gave a very thorough overview of the car’s options and performance and did not have leave any of my questions unanswered. I had informed him that my current lease wasn’t up for 2 months and that I was in research mode. He totally respected that an politely and professionally asked me if I would be at willing to hear what they could do for me on the lease. I gave him some basic parameters. The numbers were in the ballpark but such that I could say no to. Again, without any pressure, he kindly asked if I would be willing to speak to the manager. I said ok. I spoke with Vahan Papazian and he worked the numbers that impressed me. To seal the deal, they worked it out to where they are paying for my last 2 payments on my current lease. All of the numbers seem exceptional to me (Msrp vs the discounted price, and the rebate and kicking in the last 2 payments of my current lease). I’ve gone to several dealers in the last month and none of them seemed interested in selling a car. Their price was as low as they could go but I really didn’t believe them. Vahan earned my trust and I believe he gave me the best deal he could. I feel like I got a beautiful car with almost all the options at a great price

Although gone out of business (one can easily guess why), I had to leave something in regards to my experience here. Was sold a downgraded 2013 Sentra in which the panels were removed and reapplied which gives terrible rattling during driving. Then Nissan's crappy CVT on said Sentra decides to just give out completely. Granted it just passed the 100k mile mark but the transmission has been serviced here year in and year out and never did a technician said there was an issue. 6 months into the last CVT service and done. Dealership would take 0 blame so had to take it up with corporate which were willing to cover half the costs to fix the issue. I had no choice but to accept. This poor excuse for a dealer/service center half a**ed the job and used the same fluid it had prior to breaking down. I had to take the Sentra elsewhere and have a CVT maintenance job redone after the rebuild to ensure there'd be no more issues. Literally paid half of a rebuild job (Corp funding the other half) for this poor excuse of a business to do a crappy job in which my transmission would have failed again. Definitely researching the parent company of Alhambra Nissan to ensure everyone I know stays away from them. Ken Kaiden and Ronnie Basik (especially Ronnie) shouldn't be in this business.

My fiend inquired about a preowned car at Nissan Duarte which he liked very much (07/26/2018, at 3:30pm). Duarte said its available in stock, come and take the car. We reached there within 30 min, and waited for 40 min NO sale person came there to say even HI then a sale person came and told us I have a good and a bad news: Good news is that the car is available to see but we are not selling it. We will inform you about that car in near future when it will be ready. They suggested to buy another car. They have waisted total 3 hr inspite of scheduling the visit. I think they are liars, unprofessional and dishonest.
