A Great Experience!! - HappyCarBuyer
I usually equate buying a new car to getting a tooth pulled when without anesthesia. This time was different, thankfully.
If you’re looking for a new Toyota, go to North Hollywood, Toyota and ask for the salesperson named Bianca Kashyap. She is the BEST. We got in and out with a new car very quickly and it was an overall wonderful experience. The finance manager, Sedrick Sabada was also a pleasure to deal with.
Great Teamwork - Sobaytoys
Team was proactive, meeting my needs, listened to my concerns, and all in timely matter.
Did not take as long as I thought it would
Amazing service, helpful/friendly - Juan209

Bait & switch - PeevedinOC
Bait & switch. Contacted Cabe Toyota (JP) about a used 2015 Prius. Great mileage and price. On my way there, they told me 'it was sold' and offered me a way more expensive car. Used the we are a small family line with me.
Excellent service - Happy Scion Owner
Handled the problem in less time than estimated and provided door to door service it doesn’t get any better! I will return to for future service or purchase.

Stress Free and Fast! Great Service - Doct. Martinez
My third Toyota and as always great service and top of the line vehicles. I was expecting to spend 4 to 5 hours buying an SUV but it was way less time and fast concrete transaction. Very helpful for busy people like me!!
The best service EVER! - Batboy22
I cannot say enough good things about the service at Toyota of Glendale. When you buy a car at Toyota of Glendale you not only purchase a quality vehicle, you also get service above and beyond what you might find at other dealers. Ara Terizian is extremely knowledgeable and professional.
Excellant customer service! - auntie1
I give West Coast Toyota an excel service review because my experiance in finding the perfect Toyota vehicle for me was a pleasure! I'd had my Toyota Highlander for 13 yrs & was looking for another great car for me who is orthopedically challenged. I had very specific difficult to find priorities which were deal breakers for me. Management did their research & were able to locate exactly what I wanted! It was located up north & was transported down to West Coast. Everything was done with great time & effort to ensure that I was a happy satisfied customer. I'm so thankful that management & staff made my experiance so positive! I would highly recommend West Coast Toyota.
Oil change - Toyota Lover
Time I waited was exactly what was told to me! Very nice! Out of donuts which was probably my fault because it was 10:45.
THEY STEEL FROM YOUR CAR DURING SERVICE!! - Rose Zavala
I went to get my oil change done. They didn’t do it. They only rotated my wheels, which are custom and I didn’t give permission for that. They stole the lock, matraca and master key from my car. I went to claim it and they said they have a master key for those wheels and their man did not touch the tools in my car, previous times they have always asked me to the lock of the wheels because they are custom. They have the worse customer and trustworthy service ever! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! They should close down the place, they are thefts!
Car servicing/ maintenance - Ladybirdrav4
It was a very quick service and my car was well maintained and I was given feedback on how to maintain my car better in months to come.
REGULAR SCHEDULED SERVICE - john9313
SCHEDULING THE SERVICE WAS QUICK AND CONVENIENT. ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORK TO BE DONE WAS QUICKLY SCHEDULED. WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITHIN THE PROMISED TIME. I HAVE BEEN SCHEDULING WITH JOHN SUBEE FOR MANY YEARS AND HE IS VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE TWO VEHICLES THAT I OWN WHICH MAKES IT VERY EASY TO IDENTIFY REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH VISIT. THE PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP IS WHAT KEEPS ME GOING BACK TO BOB SMITH'S TOYOTA.
Excellent - Sarah789
Every one was very professional, proficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Five Stars to Marcus, Collin and Ishmael awesome team initiative. They walked us through the process patiently, shared and offered our options in detail and assured us that they would do their best to help us make a purchase.
I will definitely be recommending Toyota to friends and family. Very impressed.
DISHONEST STAFF WRONG MAINTENANCE CONDUCTED - Doc PRIUSC
Do not go here for Toyota service. Dishonest staff! I went to the TOYOTA service center in Claremont for the next scheduled appt and their records showed that they botched my maintenance schedule and for some weird reason performed work for the wrong mileage schedule doing the 30,000 miles work instead of the 75,000 miles work up. Also tried to scam me for some throttle clean up
Our first car - Andrew Yonkers
Summary - I am sure my situation was a fluke but it was a little disorganized to say the least. Fortunately, three guys made the night a very positive experience. I would love to give 5 stars but think that would not be fair due to my unique situation. But I will recommend them in the future.
Thanks to Andrew Contreras, Sam Chakra and Vu Trang.
So I needed a new car. I am was a first time car buyer and I had been shopping around for about a week set on getting a Prius for the gas mileage. I found a used 2013 at Toyota Penske in Downey and even though it was a 2 hour drive in traffic i decided it was worth it.
Make sure you read the positive :)
Negative - I called about 3 hours before and made an appointment for 730pm. When I showed up no one new who we were or what car we had come to look at. We spent about 15 minutes or more just trying to figure out which car it was and i had to go back into carfax where i had found it originally to show them. Was disappointed in the lack of communication with there staff. Then, because the car had not been pulled out before we got there, began the fun part. I am not exaggerating it was over an hour of searching for the car. No one seemed to know where it was. Turns out that someone there had pulled off all the stickers to make it unidentifiable.
Positive - throughout this whole experience Andrew Contreras(sales staff) was there trying to make the situation the best he could. He really did an exceptional job. I have worked in the service industry for about 10 years now and it is hard to find people like him who were as patent and willing to just keep looking for a car when others would have just said...I already looked there... He was friendly and understanding all around. The second person we dealt with there was one of the managers Sam Chakra. He was just as helpful and apologized for being unable to locate the car for such a long time. told me that it was the first time this had ever happened and honestly I completely believed him. Mostly because everything else ran so smoothly which is due in large to his help. Lastly was the finance guy Vu Trang. This guy was awesome. Super helpful and couldn't have asked for someone who was more knowledgeable about everything we could use. He explained what everything was and the pros and cons of it so that making a decision was easy. This was extremely important for me and my wife being first time car buyers. We drove off in our new car and lived happily ever after.
Paint on a new car should last more than 2 years! - sjcastro89
I bought a brand new 2016 Corolla 2 years ago and noticed some paint flaking/chipping. I took it in yesterday to get it looked at and the service manager said it was "damage that occurred while buffing or polishing". I thought that was odd because the only people who have washed my car (other than myself) was Norwalk Toyota. I explained to him that I have never buffed or polished my car but the service manager stopped listening to me, gave me a $12 touch-up paint kit and told me to go. Upset, I decided to take my car to an automotive body/paint shop. The independent body/paint shop told me that the chipping was either due to a defect in the paint or poor prep work and not due to buffing or polishing. I took my car back to Norwalk Toyota and I waited 2 hours for them to tell me that the chipping "was from an outside influence" and that they would not cover it. Again, I took my car to a different and independent automotive body/paint shop and they confirmed that the chipping was due to poor prep work. Norwalk Toyota's slogan is "whatever it takes". Little did I know that their slogan meant that they will do whatever it takes to get out of covering your warranty. I am currently taking this issue up with corporate HQ.
Dealership=STEALERship - Izza
Came in yesterday afternoon with my sister.
We don't have appointment, we just want to check out the cars and deals that they have.
Right when we walked in Morry greeted us and asked us what car are we looking for.
I told him the specifically what I want and I was able to test drive it.
In the beginning everything went smooth.
When we start discussing about the price of the car Morry totally change his attitude to us.
Im planing to trade my car and I mentioned them how much my mileage in my car. Morry asked for my car keys to check the VIN# of my car and to check my mileage.
He came back to us and showed us paper with numbers. I have strict budget and I'm not going to change my mind with the price that I want.
Morry insulted me saying "you can't afford the car you want", in my head I'm like "boy you don't know who your talking too!"
He asked for my credit card and I gave him my Amex card.
He left our table and talked to his boss, then his boss came to us saying we have to be flexible, and I was.
I told them NO and I want my keys and credit card back!
They both left and Morry will get my stuff.
A manager name Jim talked to us saying that the price that I want is impossible so my sister and I told them THEN GIVE ME MY KEYS AND MY CREDIT CARD NOW! We don't want the car!
Jim and Morry left the table AGAIN they said they will give me my stuff.
Another guy came in our table saying "please give me 10secs"
And we said NO! Give me my stuff!
The 4th guy that we talked too, he finally gave us my keys and card.
HOWEVER! When we are walking outside this 4th guy was waiting for us. But we told him to give me my papers that I signed!
My sister walked inside with him to get my papers, then my sister found out that MORRY STOLE my CAR REGISTRATION!!
I was in the car and my engine is on and I'm ready to go. When my sister told me that they have my CAR REGISTRATION I got really mad so I turn off the engine and I walked towards Morry I told him "I gave you my keys to check for VIN # and mileage BUT you are not allowed to touch my stuff and steal from me!" I was standing in front of him for 10secs and he couldn't say anything!
I went back to my car and when we are about to leave Morry knocked on my window saying "I've been nice to you and this is what I'm gonna get?"
I told him "STEALING IS NOT NICE!"
What if I actually left the building and I get pulled over ? Then I'm in trouble right?!
Seriously why would you take my car registration without my permission?!
They held us hostage, they harassed us, they don't want to give me my stuff and stole my car registration!
And they didn't apologize!
It sucks I didn't get a chance to take a video.
I will NEVER come back and I DO NOT recommend this place!
They will insult you, they will give you a headache, they are very SHADEY, RUDE, and INCONSIDERATE!
Please don't give them your credit card and your driver license, bring a copy of your driver license with you.
I just wish I can put a 0 star in here.
Stay away by all means. - FG
Extreme Bait and Switch. They just lie to you to waste your time, thinking you will just give them more money, because you already wasted time going there and waiting. After confirming the price of the car 3 times with the internet manager Alex (Aspet) Minasian by emails, apparently just to get me to their place. When I got to the dealership, again Elaine Sanchez confirmed to me the price, and made me fill the credit application (She told me she must run it if I use a check to pay, as I was paying all in cash). The credit scores came as 860, 822, 815, and she copied my insurance policy, then she requested $500 more for the car. Of course, I refused, not because of the money, it is because I won't do business with this level of unethicalness and dirtiness. I would give $200-$300 more to respectable people whom I feel they are trustable, ethical, who have moral values and can value a customer more than a few money bills.
A disgusting experience.
Extremely bad experience - Gigi
Zero rating. Disgrace of a Toyota dealership. The Voodoo Blue FJ Cruiser you see advertised was originally for $14, 905. Sales rep Ahmad showed me the FJ and said he did not have the keys so i could not start it or test drive it. I signed a temporary agreement to buy it after test drive. He called me and said FJ had numerous mechanical problems that will cost 2k to fix, i spoke with so called manager Kent and we agreed on $800. My brother thought that was too much and spoke with GM Kevin. I test drove the car next day and it can only be put in 4WD and not the rest and it jerks on high speed. Long story short the GM Kevin came out and told me this car has numerous mechanical problems and is not safe to be on the road so he plans to return it to Toyota since he will lose money trying to fix it. Next day he lists the car for $18,524 as you can see. Read the rest on BBB since i can only write so much here. Do not buy this junk. They will use your money to patch it up and make profit.
Worst experience ever - Finance person should be ashamed - tunaboiling
First met with Internet salesperson (Alexis) and she was so nice. She did a great job answering my questions about the truck I was interested in. I also had some financial questions so she passed me on to Finance person, you know the person in the little square room (ugh). I explained what info I wanted and even explained 3 separate times. Each time I explained this guy would come up with another excuse why he could not answer me. The info I wanted should have been easily obtainable, especially seeing another dealer was able to answer about 60 minute prior to visiting Toyota of Whittier. So after the Finance guy gives me the 3rd excuse he starts to raise his voice at me. This was incredible to me... Here a finance guy is raising his voice at a possible customer. Then not only does he raise his voice (yelling and me), he insults me and even brings my family into the conversation. Needless to say I made my voice heard clearly and loudly, I was pissed. I could not believe this was happening. Here this finance guy was yelling and insulting my family. I have never been yield at in a dealership and never insulted.
So if your looking to be yelled at and/or insulted when trying to purchase a car then by all means go to Toyota of Whittier. If your not looking for that then visit any other Toyota dealership.
The next day we visited another Toyota dealership and in 10 minutes they answered the very same question. We purchased the Truck from them.
Take shower when you leave to take the slime and grease off - Pat4Sally
Worst dealer ever!
Games and more games!
Found a new 2018 Tundra thru Costco and they had 4 same colors in stock and I made contact with a supposed internet sales manager: Daniel Liu.
Daniel would not negotiate via email and phone - they said for the best deal, I would have to come in.
His email quote said "We don't play games here at Elmore Toyota, we would never waste your time. Price is the easy part, so lets get that out of the way"
That was a BIG LIE!
Do not believe this slogan because they did play games, wasted my time, and was not even close to being competitive.
Over 90 minutes made to wait like a retail customer, I was not happy.
Internet sales was supposed to cater to people who know numbers, figures, and how everything works (internet savvy)...
Daniel greeted me then immediately handed me off to a young salesperson and then another who was "Costco certified".
Did not take a test drive as the Costco certified sales person did not offer. Then I asked him about the $2000 dealer markup for stuff I did not want (tint, alarm, theft code, plastic edge pieces). I asked the sales rep to remove the dealer add on and he said his sales manager can take care of it.
So we went to negotiations and the sales rep was astonished that I knew exactly what the base money factor, residual and credit tiers.
Actually he was pissed when I took his pen wrote down the terms I was looking for - he did not expect a customer to tell him the terms - he was definitely used to people who had no clue what a MF or RV meant....
I made it known that I was not at the dealership to spend hours to be worn down by their retails sales closers.
He storms off to his sales manager and they make me wait. The entire sales staff and managers all went outside to eat lunch while I was waiting. They had a taco truck that served lunch and guess who was in line: all the sales staff, office staff, and sales managers.
When I saw the sales staff eating lunch AHEAD of customers - showed that customers are not at all taken care of (business first model). After half an hour of waiting, I went back to Daniel and complained that I should not be treated this way (Internet customer). Of course Daniel was having his taco lunch when I interrupted him.
After an hour and a half at this dealership, they come out with numbers that are astronomically high for an aged (old 2018) model that had been sitting on the lot while 2019 models are already on the sales floors.
They quoted $656 per month on a 36 month 12K lease.
They did not remove the $2,000 dealer add on that I requested.
They did not know I had another quote from a nearby dealer for the exact same truck for $450 per month!
When I showed the sales manager the competition quote and email, he actually said I should go to them because they can't come close to my offer.
So I left and said I will be reporting their greasy, sneaky, awful service to Costco so that they can't lure Costco customers into their dealership.
This dealership is not to do business with, nor trust them. They are the types that will mess with even their mothers.

Never buy a car here - Tito1994
I bought a car during a car sale at the Angel Stadium for Disney Cast Members, at that time we were told that we would get a second set of car key, we never got it and kept calling and we were directed from one person to other and it never got resolved, we were charged for licence plates and never got them, again we kept calling and the same thing happened. This dealer has personnel that are dishonest and don't hesitate to lie to the costumers, I had to go to DMV and re-pay for the licence plates. Really bad costume service. I would never recommend this place for anything,
