We had a very bad experience dealing with the agent and Manager in this location. They made us believe that we were approved for a car loan. They made us sign documents and released the car to us. But to our surprise they called after 2 days and told us to find a co-signer because our credit scores of d735 was not approved after giving them 4 thousand dollars down payment. Its a scam. They told us to come back and sign another document making it different from previously agreed. We found them dishonest and decided to return the car to them after we used it for a week. Now they’re trying to sell the car as brand new with a higher tag although it has 175 miles on it.They want people to believe that’it’s brand new. It was not. They screwed us up. Giving us a lot of emotional stress and anxiety. This is not a good place to buy a car, you might end up getting the same agony we went through. They are very dishonest and not trustworthy.

I had previous correspondence with Janet Ceballos, as I had previously test drove a 2019 RDX at their dealership but wasn't ready to purchase a new car. No issues with her.
Last month, I reached back out on behalf of my fiancee as she was interested in leasing the 2019 ILX. She previously leased 2 cars with them and had great experiences both times, so we were looking to lease a 3rd car with them. Hassan Roberson responded as Janet was not in the office that day and proceeded to give us a low ball offer with a marked up Money Factor rate.
The things that were most upsetting were:
1. No acknowledgement of being a repeat customer (he thought I was getting lease numbers for a friend)
2. Every request for more details on the leasing numbers was met with a response of "I already gave you these numbers" even though it was in their typical leasing sheet that doesn't clarify all numbers that are unique to a lease.
3. When we requested the base Money Factor rate for Tier 1 credit, he passed along a heavily marked up rate as their base rate (this was the last straw)
To give you an idea of how bad they low balled us, their lease offer on a BASE 2019 ILX was $100 per month more than the lease offer we ended up signing elsewhere on a 2019 ILX A-SPEC PREMIUM, which is a more expensive car. Total drive offs were very close as well. Plus, the dealer we went with was 100% transparent with all numbers the entire process.
As an Autonation dealer, and as a repeat customer, we are shocked on the offer given to us, and the overall lack of acknowledgement of being a repeat customer... I thought Autonation dealers were known to provide the highest service and aggressive rates on their vehicles but I guess I was wrong. It looks like dealer loyalty bears no meaning nowadays.

I went to dealer to check out car we were interested. I told them I have to work so I just wanted to test drive and think about it. Agent suggest to get quotes and we liked the deal. They told me 30 min everything is done. we were doing paper works and they told me my credit score wont apply to the deal we made ( I already told them my score before everything starts...) I was quite upset because I waisted my time and I had to go to work. I told them I am not interested in so Agent changed his attitude completely and told me "Dont be rude" with threatening face.
I was so scared that he would phisically do something... I run into managers office and they told me don't worry we will take care of it. They quickly try to close sale but their system rundown so I couldn't pay or do anything. At that point,Its been 2 and half hours past. I was late for work and my husband was late for meeting. They told me to come back next day. NO WAY!!
In the way, I was glad that payment didn't go through because I shouldn't give them my hard working money for that horrible service I experienced.
