I had a great buying experience at North County Kia. Cam Croft, my Internet Sales Manager was extremely courteous, very helpful and knowledgeable. I got a brand new 2019 Kia Forte S and he made things happen. From the moment I spoke with him over the phone to the time I picked up the car, Cam was extremely responsive, very professional and courteous; he also treated me like family. Cam got me an awesome deal which could not be touched by any dealer. I am thankful to experience such great customer service. Michael in Finance was excellent as well. He treated me with the utmost’s respect and knew his stuff. If you are shopping around for a Kia, go talk to Cam. He’s the guy that will make things happen and you won’t be disappointed. I bought a car from them and the first thing we asked is if it had been in any accidents. We were told "no". Not knowing what to look for is the reason we went to a "real" dealership. We were given the carfax and it had no reported accidents. We were also given a document from some website (probably kelly blue book or some similar) declaring the value of the care. We were told when this document was handed to us "we cannot sell the car for less than its worth". We agreed and purchased the car at the declared value. 10 months later we no longer needed the car and went to sell it. No dealership will touch it except one, who valued it at $6250. The car was purchased at $11000 just 10 months prior. We did receive a tentative offer from another dealership for $10250 until they went to inspect it and immediately knew it had been in an accident. It was obvious to all of the dealerships we shopped the car at that it had had the front passenger door replaced as well as the front quarter panel. The car had been repainted as well. Team Kia of El Cajon knowingly lied to us when we asked them about accidents or their used car sales inspection team is incompetent. They declared and attempted to prove the value of the car knowing full well that was a lie. They knowingly lied to and ripped off a single mother of 2 who only wanted to provide a safe and trustworthy vehicle for her children.

If you are contemplating purchasing a Kia from this dealership please keep in mind that you will not be able to get your vehicle serviced there. Any attempts to scheduled anything that may surface will take at least 3 or 4 weeks even if you have a warranty or you are just trying to repair something simple as a your breaking lights not working. Unfortunately you will need to find services outside of this dealership when items should be covered by your warranty or a recall. I also tried to purchase parts and accessories, they didn't have available or no one even bother to call you back to place an order after personal requests or phone call. I regret purchasing a KIA.

Went to turn in a lease vehicle and look for a replacement car. Sales people said their system had been down for a week and could not accommodate us. Suggested we go to Irvine Kia. Why have a dealership? Very unimpressive
