Outstanding Servise - gsilva62
My service advisor Hector was very hospitable and knowledgeable about the services my vehicle needed. I enjoyed Hector keeping informed on the progress of my vehicle repairs, specially the video text messaging he provided to inform me of other issues they found on my vehicle.

best customer service in town! - jorie
This dealership is amazing. From the moment you pull up they treat you like a vip, it was very nice. Michael the service advisor was very nice and knowledgeable. Everyone smiles and makes sure you are not waiting for more than 15 seconds. They give you a beautiful loaner car too! Also the cappucino machine is a bonus for sure. I love this place and will always go back. A wonderful experience! I had 3 recalls on my car and they fixed them all for free in 2 days.

Absolutely zero attention to the buyer. - GUSTAVO S VIDAL
Wow. 1 year later. I walk around this place thinking about adding a new 3 series to the family. I can't believe I've been here for literally 40 minutes browsing and I have not even been acknowledged or at least even said Hello to. I guess I'll again have to buy from the competition further away. Wow
Service dept disrespectful - Outilunch
Service agents make you feel like you’re putting them out just to get scheduled. Blown off by 1st one to dead end transfer. Second one sighing and making like asking for an appointment and needing a loaner is an unreasonable request.
Phone system runs you around with recordings so can’t even get back in to talk to a manager who likely won’t care either. Don’t go here.
Deal Gone Bad! - Luecadia Local
Pretty devastating experience at BMW of Vista for my wife and I. I'm sure the response will be it was a misunderstanding but this was no misunderstanding, I assure you.
On 02/16/19 we stopped by BMW of Vista to look at cars, specifically the SUV styles. After test driving an X1 we found a certified pre-owned X5 and test drove that. We liked it so much that, Larry the sales associate, allowed us to take it home for a night. At that time Larry said he would go into the website and remove it so it would not be shown online for other potential buyers. When we brought the car back we did not have a lot of time so he gave us a couple of options, we could start the process now or come back. We chose the option to start the process now and finish up two days later on Wednesday. We leave so we could clean out our trade in.
Fast forward to Wednesday mid afternoon, my wife, shows up to finish the deal and the car is missing? Excuse me, the car is missing? As they're trying to find the car my wife over hears that the GM, yes the General Manager of both BMW of Vista and Encinitas has purchased it for his daughter. Are you kidding me? The GM comes in and takes the car for his daughter? This should not have happened! Where was the communication between Erik (the fiance manager) and the sales associate?
Some may say buy another X5... Well, this was the car we wanted- price was right, it was customized to our liking, rims, interior and had the 3rd row option that we really liked!
Currently they're trying to find us a car.... it's not that easy, which is what makes this so frustrating! so we are not sure if we will take this beyond a yelp review. Ultimately, I would like to update this review with something positive, time will tell!
Sorry BMW of Vista/Encinitas to put you on blast but this was absolutely ridiculous!
Called and left a message for the GM... No call back!
