I went into Porsche Riverside for a routine service and just happened to see an Acura NSX. My sales rep Sherman Sims offered me a test drive and immediately fell in love with it. I purchased a 911 GTS about 4 months ago and was afraid i wouldn’t be able to get into the NSX. Sherman and Ed Finley went to work and made it happened for me. Sherman personally delivered my NSX to my house and picked up my GTS. Jeremy Bishop called me and went over some extra coverages and explained each coverage in detail without being pushy and ended up adding few extra coverages for my NSX. This is my 2nd vehicle from Porsche Riverside and will definitely come back for my next dream car. The entire sale & finance team is professional and made my purchase experience extremely pleasant. I’m from San Francisco and had trouble finding a good deal lease for BMW M3. I searched around and found referrals for Dave. Literally within one week, I had papers overnighted on my desk signing the deal.
I gave Dave the exact numbers I was comfortable with and he didn’t think it would be possible at first. However he said he would do his best to make it happen and he got it done! No BS, straight to the point, and he did all of this 500miles away! I never once saw the car in person but it came perfect as promised.
I try to keep my business close to home but when Dave is in charge, I have no problem going long distance. I expect to go back to him with my next purchase.

This is our third Mazda from John Hines. Michael Watkins was our salesperson all three times. That speaks for itself. This time, we turned in our previous lease a few months early, which created a vmessy financial picture, but Michael handled it so we were barely aware of the complications. He got us exactly the color and features we wanted, delivered our MX-5 with big ribbons on the hood, and patiently went over all the new features with us. He also solved some logistics problems by delivering the car to our home. We are very happy with the whole experience. And it's a great SUV.!

I purchased a van from Siry auto group the other day and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Al was the sales person who helped my husband and I with buying the van, and he was great to work with. Very friendly and answered all our questions. He even had his team remove the seats for us since we are using the van as a camper and did not need them. This saves us a ton of time.
The only reason I am not giving five stars is because I was under the impression I was getting a better deal than I was. When I went to sign the contract I noticed a charge for a GPS that my husband said we did not need. When we wanted to have that removed off the total he made it seem as if that was included, but if I wanted to remove it I would not get $975 that it cost, off of my total. I folded and said to keep it. Other than that they were professional especially the men at the service center. The workers there were very nice and made me feel comfortable. I would be willing to purchase from them again in the future however I would hope for a bit of a better deal. If you go, ask for Al.

The one complaint that we have is that, after we made our choice of a vehicle, the process of finishing the purchase took much too much time. We were at the dealership for about four hours (through lunch time). The problem seemed to be that we were considerably delayed in seeing the finance manager. Perhaps she had several customers that needed her services all at once. Once we got to see her, she was friendly and professional. It would have been good if the dealership would have advised us that there would be a delay so that we could have gone out to get some lunch. My wife has type 1 diabetes and her eating schedule is very important. Fortunately she had some candy in her purse that kept her blood sugar from going too low.
All in all we had a good experience at the dealership. We especially appreciated the sales person who sold us our car, Don Yarnall. He answered our questions, and we did not feel pushed to buy anything that we did not want. Thank you, Don!

My sales person Aaron Richardson did such a great job answering any questions that i had and actually cared about me receiving the best customer experience that i could get. The test drive on the Audi Q5 that i was thinking of leasing went great and Aaron was very patient and informative of all of the features that the car was coming with and how to use them.
