I scraped two of the rims on my 2017 ZL-1 convertible, which was really heart-breaking to me. If you've ever owned a high-horsepower Camaro, in perfect condition, I'm sure you would understand what I mean. I thought I might need to buy two new rims, until I spoke to Carlos at Courtesy Chevrolet, who told me the Service Department had an expert who could repair them. I brought the car to Andy, in Service, and he brought in someone who was an expert at restoring the rims to a "like new" condition. Andy worked with me on getting the rims repaired, restored, and brought back to new condition, and the wheels aligned--all in the same day. Great customer service, and I really appreciate it.

The employees at this dealership are honest, fair, professional, and most importantly they never made me feel pressured to buy now, or buy something I wasn't totally happy with. I truly felt me having the car I wanted was their top priority, not making a sale. I chose to do business with them from Northern CA, and initially was concerned about purchasing a car that I wouldn't be able to see, touch etc. The GM, John Segal and his internet director, Joseph Brommer, were the most accommodating, honest people I have ever done business with. They offered endless pictures, face time calls, answered my questions at all hours, and when I couldn't find the car I loved, they told me to wait, be patient, and that they would find it. they advised not to settle, which told me everything I needed to know about them as businessmen. I now have the car of my dreams, thanks to this team. I will never do business elsewhere. I have a Chevy dealer two blocks from me, but I'll continue to use this so cal dealer because you cannot replace excellent customer service and honesty with anything in a business deal!

After having asked 3 other dealers to find the Chevy Volt I wanted, I didn’t have high expectations for Weseloh, however, Curtis Cheely completely surprised me. He not only found d the exact car others told me I would have to special order, he did so in less than 24 hours. I've got to say, these guys have been very impressive with their service! Brought my vehicle here after an accident to get the front fender repaired, and immediately was greeted by an estimator, Andrew Layus. He took a few days to fully inspect my vehicle and gave me a call there after wth their findings, as well as sending me confirmation email on the issues. After my insurance company inspected the vehicle as well, they noted that there was nothing missed and how important it was that internal damages were caught instead of ignoring them and working only on external repairs(turned out after hitting a really deep pothole, more than my fender was broken: the suspension was shot and I cracked my rim) . After all had been said and done, I'm left glad I came here with their genuine service and affordable costs. Andrew even gave me a few courtesy calls weeks following to ensure the vehicle was running properly as well as gave advice on maintaining my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone!

I submitted an application online, got a response from Alan Sheehy right away, the next day received a phone call. Alan said he will submit my application and call me the next day, well the next day I never received a phone call then a say later I get a call from the receptionists there asking me when can I come in i told her Alan was suppose to call me the previous day and never did she said I will have him call you ASAP.never received the call. Whether approved or not you should still call as a courtesy. Just poor customer service in my opinion.

Stay away from these scoundrels, especially their service dept. They refused to polish my car after they damaged it with a cheap wash. Their techs couldn't even install anything correctly without any problems. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else.
