After making an appointment for a broken sunroof and verifying I would need a large rental car to replace the large car I was turning in, I was offered a small sized sedan that would not fit my children’s car seats. I was left waiting over an hour, shuttled to and from the rental car lot with no explanation and given my own car back and told to reschedule my appointment because they didn’t have any larger rentals available. I made my appointment weeks ago with the specifications that I have to be able to put three car seats/boosters in the rental. I am disappointed in the time wasted but more in the lack of respect and communication. I will head back next week for the second attempt to try to resolve my broken sunroof and hope to find the customer service improved from my first visit. As a mother it is not easy to find child care and remove car seats in preparation for a car servicing only to return home with my own car unserviced and to be told to come back again. Overall my experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

I have purchased 3 new cars at North County. The main reason is the service department and Todd, I don't want to take my vehicles anywhere else. I can call Todd and he gets me in right away for general maintenance and makes sure I get everything checked out that it needs depending on my mileage. I don't have to keep track of anything, Todd does it for me. He is easy to talk to and explains everything in a way I understand. I'm the type of person that if I don't feel that I was treated right I won't go back. If I'm spending my money, then I better be happy. I've been going to GMC service center for a long time.
GMC Canyon Denali - Andyd
After test driving several other brand mid size trucks and ready to upgrade out of a 2017 Tacoma I decided to test drive a GMC Canyon. From the moment I stepped onto the North County GMC, Cadillac, Buick dealership, Mike Winczewski educated me on the Canyon during the test drive. He and his manager Joe were respectful of my need to sleep on my decision. They brought in a truck from Bakersfield that had the color and options I wanted. I recieved a graet trade in value on the Tacoma and significant savings on the new Canyon. Many thanks to John, Joe, Drew, and Marcos from delivering a gourgeous Denali.
