The Kia Soul I bought here is the best car I've ever owned, and I got a fantastic deal. But I never got my second key. They said they had it, but I never went to get it. Until I needed it. Two years later, I go in, $200 key. I think, oh wow, I really screwed up, but they took care of me! I'm getting my service here, now, too, since I found out their prices are way lower than I expected for dealer service. Love my Kia.

When I first got their I had a truck out front waiting for me to test drive and was supposed to work with Michelle. Unfortunately, she had already left for the day. I then have to work with Marcus. Marcus was probably the rudest sales person that I have every had the opportunity to work with. First, he was finishing up with a deal and got called back to the finance and we said hey go ahead and take care of what you needed we are not going any where and let you finish up your deal. This was not a problem for us as we had time. However, after he got back with us we was going to get our truck appraised and he stated that this 2016 Ram 2500 4x4 manual transmission is not going to sell. I said that it will as a lot of Marines are looking for this kind of truck. He argued with me a bit so I said alright then. He takes that information in and said that he needed to track some other person down and I said ok we will wait again. He came back and I was getting my wife and kid ready to go drive the truck that I made an internet inquiry about and he stated why do we need to drive it as it is the same kind of truck just 2 years newer. Another turn off! The truck was a 2018 ram 2500 4x4, but was an automatic which I wanted to drive to see the difference. While we was waiting for him to finish whatever he was doing my wife and looked around the lot some more. We came across a 2018 ram 2500 4x2 and stated can we at least drive that one. He got a little frustrated and said sure. During this whole time I tried to carry a conversation on with him and couldn’t get him to really talk and I was being very polite, but I eventually gave up trying to talk to him. We get back to the office he starts taking down some of my information and I said “your not gonna run my credit are you as I am going to use my own bank to finance?” He said I still will need your social. Second turn off!! Now, he goes back to the finance place and comes back with their offers. Keep in mind that my truck trade in value was between 34,000 and 38,000 according to KBB and NADA. I know that they are just recommendations, but when you only offer 28,000 for my truck and I say that it is worth a little more than that he kinda laughs and states that well we don’t have to do business then. That was my last straw and said “well sorry for wasting your time, but I think were done here!” He said ok and I walked out. As I was putting my wife and kid into the truck he comes out and says hold on my manager is going to call the used car manager to see if we can do anything better. At this point I’m already infuriated with the quality of service that I have received, but I said ok anyways. He comes back out and said thats the best that we can do. I said ok and left. The level of service from MARCUS was absolutely horrible and the way he acted was as if he was too good for us or that he didn’t want to help any white people. Definitely felt discriminated against. I will absolutely tell every Marine that I get and work with that to NOT come to this dealership and explain my circumstances. Most horrible experience that I have every had and will spread the word.

I have had several new cars in my lifetime, I have never had my cars serviced at the dealership. Until now. The people in the service department have been very helpful and pleasant to work with. Will continue to have my truck serviced at Poway Dodge.

Vic and the staff in the service department are great. No issues there. The truck rides great and the mileage is good (when it is running !!!) Had two turbos and intake manifolds replaced in a year along with the EGR cooler. The first time the turbo went out, another dealer had the truck for three months, replacing the turbo, intake manifold and EGR. After taking it back to them several times due to not being able to get it right, I finally took it to John Elway's. They diagnosed and finally fixed the issues. one year later, the Turbo went out again. another turbo and intake manifold replaced. I would not recommend the RAM 1500 Eco diesel. I am definitely looking for another truck. Regarding the staff at John Elway's Service Dept., as I had mentioned before, they are great!!!!
Worst Dodge Dealer on the planet - YaaBoe1
The worst Dodge dealer on the planet. They try to get over on you for anything. They will misdiagnose your car or truck to get the most money out of your possible. I went in for a check engine light on a brake sensor which I already had diagnosed. They said I needed a thermostat which I didn't need because my truck was never getting hot. Then tried to charge me $700+ for a $20 part that isn't that hard to put on. Where other shops only charging around $150. I done the repair myself with the help of Auto Zone. Sensor was $19 and took only 10 minutes to repair and everything works great. Do not go to this dealer period.

This review is for Rod Muller in the internet sales department. Rod provided very favorable pricing on a 2019 Ram 1500 purchase. Within one phone call and a quick visit to the dealership he beat all other surrounding area dealers pricing, and the process was quick and painless. Other dealers were taking days to follow up, and making me work to give them business. I would highly recommend Orange Coast if you want a dealer that gets right to the best price possible, and doesn't keep you going for hours to negotiate. If you want to deal with straight shooters this is the place to buy. I have been around the car business for 15+ years, and know all the games dealers can play, and this store does none of them. We have used Orange Coast for the past 8 years to purchase over 15 vehicles, and will continue to do so.

Had appointment for oil change and to check out my door that wasn't locking from 3 to 5:45 had my car service guy said they order the part itll come on Tues told them I can come back the following Friday called 2x one to see if they even did oil change the sticker on left corner wasn't replaced and when turn on car it said oil change required & to check if part came in no call back went Friday @ 8:30 to find out they didn't order part don't know it wasn't order and 1 guy said yes oil change was done they dont do stickers and just needs reset. After 12pm they gave me a list of things to be done and service guy said what I needed what can wait & he was doing my oil change REALY! SO THEY LIED IT WASNT Done. They need to look at door to see if any other part required umm didn't they do that last Friday then needed 2 parts & order by 3 so last Friday they didn't xxxx and lied to my face they order part & even if did it wouldn't had gone done cause missing other part 2 fridays wasted time and still don't have my car fixed cause supposedly this time they ordered parts

Made a reservation to see the Pacifica Hybrid, with several email and phone communications with Anali. I tried to change the appointment time, but never got a response. So I showed up at the arranged time, and she wasn't there. Not working that day, in fact. Sat for a while in a worn-out waiting area with my family, while they looked around for the car to test drive. Clearly, they are not keen to impress. Made we worry that if a sale didn't motivate them, then I shudder to think about their quality of service.
Alexis came and was great, very helpful in attitude and did the test drive with us. Ultimately, we want a car that's reliable, and service that is even more so. This dealership definitely didn't give me much assurance on the commitment to excellence.

The car did not have a spare key and I told them it was a deal breaker if they could not provide a spare.
It took awhile and I had moved out of state in September. BUT I finally received not one but TWO spare keys.
AND I was reimbursed for the cost of programming the keys.

I'd been looking forward to coming here to purchase a vehicle. I laid it all out to the 2 sales men on what I could pay and what I could put down. I said I was open to buying used or leasing. I thought I made it clear that I didn't want to waste any time and if they can't work with my payment to let me know before we started looking. After showing me 3 cars, making me wait 20 minutes for keys to do a test drive, then another 20 minutes or more to determine the payments I come to find out the numbers are no where close to what I can afford. At the end he asks if I want look at used cars. By then I was over it and left pissed. I gave them what I can do up front and they said they could find me something when in fact they couldn't!
The 2 gentlemen who helped me were very nice and weren't pushy, but they did the exact opposite of what I told them I wanted to do. I never got to see any paperwork about the payments or my credit score or what they would give me for my car. After waiting 30 minutes, he came over and verbally told me what the payment would be. I didn't get the impression that they really wanted my business, in the end, either. I will never return to this dealership.

I took a test drive, zero'ed on the model I want, for the price I was comfortable. we agreed on the model/price post which they took all my financial information (SSN, outstanding mortgage, how much I earn etc). They took the car for prep work (/detailing) and made me wait for 2 hours.
Now after whole 3 hours of deal-making, they realized that they could not honor the price we agreed upon before. Brian (I guess the manager of this unprofessional team) came to me and said in an adamant tone, it was a SMALL MISTAKE from their end and they will not sell the car for the price they agreed. And guess what, they even shred my paperwork even before asking me (I seriously fear about my SSN information)

So far at this point I have to do a one star review. I took my Ram 2500 into the service department for a recall for the water pump to be replaced. When I get it back my truck was leaking coolant. I called the Dealership back and after discussing, the leak and we came to the conclusion the reservoir probably was overfilled. She told me just to keep and eye on it. I get in my truck yesterday and the coolant light comes on. I take it right in this morning and they tell me the only way to look at it is if I sign a paper saying I will pay $65 to check it out.
I get home and they call me and say the reservoir has a hairline crack and it was nothing to do with the water pump change. Strange... it wasn’t leaking when I brought it on for service on the coolant system and now part of the coolant system is leaking. How convenient Oh btw they want $300+ to replace the reservoir.
I’m still waiting to hear back from the service Manager
but we will see.
