Alan was brilliant in helping my wife and I to choose the right car. He was knowledgeable and friendly and made the car buying process very easy. Robin in the finance department was exceptional as well. Both were very nice and had us on the road in no time! After a few negative experiences in other dealerships the team at Mossy Toyota was a breath of fresh air. Alan wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell us on a more expensive car. He worked within our budget and we are delighted with our purchase. I would highly recommend Mossy Toyota and Alan in particular to friends that were interested in buying a car. Great Service on Warranty Repair - Air Bag - David Gardner
I stopped by to check on when I could get the passenger Air Bag replaced as I had just received the Warranty Re-call notice.
I was expecting a long waited period as many of my friends with other makes of cars have been wiating
months to get there's replaced.
My Service writer Ed Kosinski surprised me and said that they could do the job that day and I would get a rental car at no charge so that I could complete the tasks that I had planed to do that day.
Ed arranged a car thur Enterprise Car and got me on my way. He let me know when the approximately he figured the job would be completed so I could plan my time.
I can't thank Ed enough for the great job he did in getting me thru the warranty repair.
I go too this Toyota Service Center as it is the nearest my home and I always recived great care from them.
Mr Ed Kosinki has been my service writer for all time that I have brought my $ runner in for service and he has always done a great job, much better than the service that I have gotten form other dealer ships. Great Job Ed!!!!

Takes long time to complete service. I even made an appointment and still 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. My care was not washed. They always do complimentary wash after service. So I had to wait longer for car wash. This is second time having this issue. It's just close to my home so it's convenient.

I went to get my oil change done. They didn’t do it. They only rotated my wheels, which are custom and I didn’t give permission for that. They stole the lock, matraca and master key from my car. I went to claim it and they said they have a master key for those wheels and their man did not touch the tools in my car, previous times they have always asked me to the lock of the wheels because they are custom. They have the worse customer and trustworthy service ever! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! They should close down the place, they are thefts!
Fraud and misrepresentation - disappointer buyer
We negotiated and agreed on the purchasing price. But after he ran my credit the sale person came back and gave us a higher price. He said that he made a mistake. It was clearly an attempt to defraud us and tried to forced us into paying a higher price.

If I had the option to give less than 0 stars I would. I visited this dealership on December 12th to fix an oil leak. They diagnosed it as the common Timing seal leak. Had to go on my lunch break and bring my car to the dealership. Had to take 4 Ubers to pick my 1yr old up from daycare, get home, get back to work and then to the dealership the next day. Told me my car was ready and still had to wait an hour being late to pick my kid up from daycare and payed for additional time at the daycare.
I had to bring my car back for another oil leak 30 days later on Jan 11th
Guess what...The Timing cover was leaking again due to faulty workmanship and/or crappy sealant. They had my car for another day which caused me to have to take 4 more Uber rides. I was not offered a rental for either visit and when i asked about it they said I would be charged even though I was getting warranty work done. They instructed me that they fixed the Timing Leak but they now found a leak coming from the driver side Cam cap and it looks like someone previously resealed it using a black sealant and not Toyota's grey sealant so now its not covered under warranty and I would have to pay 3551.00 dollars to fix it.
As you can expect I was furious and extremely disappointed. A month later I brought it back for what looked to be another Timing Seal Leak but after checking it out they said its the Cam cap leak and it has gotten worse and it'll be 3551.00 dollars to repair and it will not be covered over some sealant. The defective first gen throw out bearing also gave out and my car stopped on the highway yesterday 3/14/2019 and is inoperable so there's that problem now but that's another story.
I created a case with Toyota and a case manager reached out to me to say it wont be covered under warranty because the sealant is different. The Case manager Hivi also told me the dealership said it looks like someone else worked on the exhaust before as well because a few exhaust bolts were different and any parts that aren't Toyota ie. the 1-2 bolts voids the warranty on those parts; FOR EXHAUST BOLTS! They cannot help me because a different sealant was used even though their Toyota sealant still leaks so the sealant isn't gods gift to sealant. Basically I'm being denied coverage on a part that would be covered but because of some insignificant detail it wont be. It's just a sealant not an aftermarket part that caused an issue, not because the car is modified, not because of a part was installed incorrectly but because a different sealant was used that leaked overtime like the Toyota sealant did on me twice in 30 days causing me to spend more money trying to get around California with a 1 yr old and no vehicle. Now I'm stuck without a running vehicle with no help from the dealership other than 5000 dollars in repairs for sealant, a KNOWN crappy throw out bearing and no help from Toyota and being told I'm SOL. The fact that they treat warranty so Black & White is extremely disappointing. There is no Grey area so don't ever change any bolts, screws, washers etc on your car because it will void your warranty on those parts apparently because they're not Toyota parts. If you find your radiator leaking DO NOT put a clamp on it to get it to the dealer before your engine overheats and causes damage because it will void your warranty just let it blow your motor so its covered.
Regretting the day I bought this car and should have stuck with Nissan. Everybody from my company brings their car here but that will change. They didn't even offer ANY type of assistance, not 50.00 dollars off, not a car wash and barely any empathy.
Bad tires, Terrible service! - Fernand
I leased a Camry 2016, and before the car had 21,000 miles the tires were in terrible shape. When I complained with the service manager they said "sorry we can do nothing about it, that's the way Toyota gives us the car", I had to drive the rest of the mileage with those tires, not driving on the rain season because I could have been involved in an accidental. I complained several times with no results. When the time came to lease another car the salesmen started calling me over and over to renew the lease with them. I told them about my situation and how disappointed I was about this, and they said"we are going to look into this" but the never did, instead they continued calling to renew. Finally I leased the car with another dealer, I returned the car in perfect conditions, except for those bad tires, (the rims were perfect) and now Toyota is trying to charge me for "over use" of the tires. After they agreed that the tires they give to customers are of very bad quality... Maybe for only 20,000 miles. I lease the car for 36,000 miles. My friend had the same problem with them, and he ended up changing his tires, paying $600 for them. He never went back to the dealer. He leased somewhere else. They say that all dealers do the same thing!!!???

From the test drive when we bumped usher, to him actually handing me the keys to my new car I felt like I was riding with a friend. I got pissed off of waiting, been here 9am and advisor Joseph told me till 11to 12 noon, when I check my car it’s still parked undone, The advisor is not there and the other check and help me find out what’s going on. it’s 1:50 pm now and now they told me to wait for 45 mins more. Please don’t tell times which is so far from the truth and updates your customer.

I want to thank Tarek A.for the great experience I had when I leased RAV4 from Tustin Toyota. First, he was the first to welcome me at the dealership and made me feel comfortable and tried to understand my needs. He offered a number of options and explained the features included. He did not push me whatsoever towards any specific choice even if he provided advises. In each steps in the process he provided me with the info required and waiting time expected. He made me forget the long waiting time to complete the lease contract and process.

Extreme Bait and Switch. They just lie to you to waste your time, thinking you will just give them more money, because you already wasted time going there and waiting. After confirming the price of the car 3 times with the internet manager Alex (Aspet) Minasian by emails, apparently just to get me to their place. When I got to the dealership, again Elaine Sanchez confirmed to me the price, and made me fill the credit application (She told me she must run it if I use a check to pay, as I was paying all in cash). The credit scores came as 860, 822, 815, and she copied my insurance policy, then she requested $500 more for the car. Of course, I refused, not because of the money, it is because I won't do business with this level of unethicalness and dirtiness. I would give $200-$300 more to respectable people whom I feel they are trustable, ethical, who have moral values and can value a customer more than a few money bills.
