Chris and the service dept were awsome as usual. 9am appointment and out by 9:45. All work completed, car was washed and vacuumed. Came out looking and running like new. They will continue to be my go to dealership for service and future car purchases.
Sneaky Financing - Chadadd3
While Justin the sales person was awesome, the finance department was a joke. I have some credit issues that I understand. I was approved with 1500 down on new Kona at interest rate of nearly 23 percent, my fault not theirs. However, their finance department(Robert) said if I could pay another 1k down rate would go to 16 percent. When I agreed they said I had to buy the extended warranty for 2500.00 to qualify. No thank you.

Had a fantastic experience with this dealership. They worked hard to put the deal together and put me in the car I wanted. Everything from first greeting to follow-up has been excellent! Would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. Plus La Quinta is beautiful (first time there) and seems like a nice place to spend a day (or weekend).

Jorge is an amazing example of first class customer service. He had gone above and beyond to have my car taken care of when I had a scheduling issue due to my working in Orange County. Monday is my day off and he knew I was concerned about safety traveling on the road with the necessary recall software update on my Sonata. Instead of he making me wait until the following Monday, he made it happen to handle it today! He made sure to check other maintenance systems and I am very grateful of his need to help me and placing my safety needs over the scheduling conflict. He's the best!! Very polite and accomodating. HORRIBLE experience - UnhappyCustomer
I've been coming to this location since I moved to San Diego but today I had a HORRIBLE experience and don't want others to go through anything similar. I came in for a simple oil change and after the man helping me checked the mileage on my car he proceeded to tell me about a 30,000 mile inspection. He made it seem like an included service. He then wrote up some paperwork and when I asked about the estimated charge he said I would not be charged that. I signed the paper and waited about two hours for my car to be ready. Then, I got screwed with essentially $300 in labor cost for the service I specifically confirmed I wasn't being charged for and I got zero benefit from the unnecessary service inspection they preformed. Biggest rip off EVER! I won't be back....

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Omar gave us time to check out the vehicle ourselves and was not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. Throught out the entire process, we never felt pressured once.

Dishonest management, Thieves and Liar! Worst Customer Services! At first they’re really friendly and very accommodating because they really want you signed the contract. I said I have to go to but They pushed/forced me to signed the optional contract as a reservation before I leave and they said that I can cancel the contract within 48 hours. After 24 hours I really wanted to cancel the contract but they said I can’t do it because I already signed the contract, I was like “wth! I thought it’s optional” they said I didn’t signed for the optional contracts. They took advantage of me because I said I’m a first time buyer. And they said to me “The optional contract allows you to explore your own financing. If you don't bring us your financing, we use our financing. You denied the right to a cooling off period, which gives you a few days to cancel the contract.“ And they also threatened me that they will see me to the court. And then I reviewed the contract, I don’t even remember that I agree to include that GAP and Tracking device or the GPS on my contract. I didn’t understand the contract because they didn’t explained it to me very well. All I know is they’re the worst people I have ever known. They should give me the duplicate key to me, but one of them said that they don’t have the duplicate key which is very wrong! I asked again for the key, they’re really firmed that there’s no duplicates. I will never recommend this!
