Very good service. I travel quite a distance to bring my car to Hoehn because I know service will be very good each time. Travis is great, and if I could request him as my service representative each time, I would. The waiting area is clean and quiet, so when I have to get work done while waiting, I can easily do so. Hoehn Buick GMC Cadillac is a cut above the rest.

My Corvette had a problem that just couldn't be found? But Scott Colletto assured me that they would find the issue and have it fixed. It took a few weeks as the problem was intermittent and had to happen at the dealership to properly diagnose the problem. once they found the problem they were able to make the repairs and after a few years with this problem they have found and fixed the headache without anymore issues! A great big kudos to Scott and his team! I can now drive my Corvette as it was intended to . Thanks again to Scott!

I do believe Dutton needs to go back to their use to be Customer Service! I live in Rancho, I need someone to come out and pick me up if my SUV needs to stay for an extra day, VERY inconvenient. I will have to consider this if I purchase my next SUV from Dutton. I do hope they reconsider Customer Service. Do not start being like Mark Christopher, 5 miles from my home, that would be very SAD!

This dealership is something out of a 1970s used car lot. The people and the attitude are extremely disappointing and dates. This is my first GM vehicle, a Buick Verano, and I really like it, but the experience in purchasing the vehicle and my recent service experience has been completely discouraging. If you plan to purchase a GM vehicle, purchase it elsewhere, and get ready for absolutely no customer service or support. Greg White, the service manager, actually lectured me, instead of helping me. They are worried more about their bottomline then interested in supporting their customers.

I bought a 2006 Pontiac Solstice at this dealership. I have had problems with the car with noise in the wheels, the cd player stopped working, the cup holder broke, the top was defective. I took the car in for the noise in the wheels three times and I actually got in an accident and GM has decided it was not their fault. I did not hit anything my car just lost control. I took in the car for the top like 3 times also. First they added a pad then they replaced the whole top then the hinges were malfunctioning. Today 2 years after my car 5 months after the accident the top is still leaking when it rains. The pinion is leaking also. I'm like I want a new car! I bought this car here at this dealer! They said we can give you GM's 800 number. I took it to GM. I tried to get a lawyer to fight this for me but since I have to bodily injury they don't see it worth their time. I'm left with GM the dealer and my insurance. I hope people learn from this. DONT BUY GM(AMERICAN) BUY FOREIGN!!!!
