All of the people we encountered that work at Inland Empire were friendly and professional.
The one complaint that we have is that, after we made our choice of a vehicle, the process of finishing the purchase took much too much time. We were at the dealership for about four hours (through lunch time). The problem seemed to be that we were considerably delayed in seeing the finance manager. Perhaps she had several customers that needed her services all at once. Once we got to see her, she was friendly and professional. It would have been good if the dealership would have advised us that there would be a delay so that we could have gone out to get some lunch. My wife has type 1 diabetes and her eating schedule is very important. Fortunately she had some candy in her purse that kept her blood sugar from going too low.
All in all we had a good experience at the dealership. We especially appreciated the sales person who sold us our car, Don Yarnall. He answered our questions, and we did not feel pushed to buy anything that we did not want. Thank you, Don!

Professional Staff with Good Deal and Good Service - pssiraj
Dealing with Hyundai of Moreno Valley was a refreshing experience compared to many I have had. Jay Saeed, Michael Jacobs, and the entire Hyundai of Moreno Valley staff were helpful, honest, and upfront through all steps of the car-buying process. We were not pressured, confused, or blindsided in any way; the entire staff are professionals and acted like it. I got a good deal as well. We had to wait a little longer on the day of the sale, but everything was completed in one day (unlike some sleazy dealers who will make you pay more after the deal is done). I highly recommend this dealership. I will certainly be back when I look for another car.

Wonderful experience. Fantastic Service. In and out in 4 hours, from check in appointment at 1:00pm to car selection, test drive, agreed upon internet rate, application of manufacturer rebates, finance and drive off with new Sonata Sport at 5:00pm. I’m exceptionally pleased.
The team I had the pleasure to work with, Clemente, Brian, and Veronica, went above and beyond any expectations I had. Clemente (Sales) took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed each item kindly and knowledgeably, Brian (Manager) identified additional savings from the manufacturer, and Veronica (Finance) was very thorough going through the finance process (which she did twice), she was efficient and respectful of my time, as was Clemente and Brian.
