The one complaint that we have is that, after we made our choice of a vehicle, the process of finishing the purchase took much too much time. We were at the dealership for about four hours (through lunch time). The problem seemed to be that we were considerably delayed in seeing the finance manager. Perhaps she had several customers that needed her services all at once. Once we got to see her, she was friendly and professional. It would have been good if the dealership would have advised us that there would be a delay so that we could have gone out to get some lunch. My wife has type 1 diabetes and her eating schedule is very important. Fortunately she had some candy in her purse that kept her blood sugar from going too low.
All in all we had a good experience at the dealership. We especially appreciated the sales person who sold us our car, Don Yarnall. He answered our questions, and we did not feel pushed to buy anything that we did not want. Thank you, Don!

This dealership really deserves the 5 star rating! I went in yesterday to take a look at a car that I was interested in and was greeted by very pleasant staff. As all of the other reviews mentioned they really have a very easy no pressure way of dealing with customers and that is not a very common thing in the used car industry. I noticed that all of their inventory is in excellent condition so they really take pride in the product they are selling and obviously care about their reputation! First off mom was really nice, but I got my car serviced here a year ago took almost a month to get it back and the same part that was fixed is now broken again. Also found screws missing and the turbo wasn’t put back properly. Whoever is in charge clearly does sloppy work and is not trustworthy. Do not get your car serviced here. They will charge you an insane amount for labor and do a horrible job. Currently looking into a different mechanic because this dealership couldn’t do the job.

Vic and the staff in the service department are great. No issues there. The truck rides great and the mileage is good (when it is running !!!) Had two turbos and intake manifolds replaced in a year along with the EGR cooler. The first time the turbo went out, another dealer had the truck for three months, replacing the turbo, intake manifold and EGR. After taking it back to them several times due to not being able to get it right, I finally took it to John Elway's. They diagnosed and finally fixed the issues. one year later, the Turbo went out again. another turbo and intake manifold replaced. I would not recommend the RAM 1500 Eco diesel, it is crap!!! I am definitely looking for another truck. Regarding the staff at John Elway's Service Dept., as I had mentioned before, they are great!!!!

Horrible place to go and get a car. We had to take back the car after 9 days because they couldn't keep their offer and get it financed. When we got the car it had less than a quarter of a tank of gas and they didnt want to fill it up for more than $30000 you'd think they would at least give you that. They will try to keep going back and forth like they are trying to get you a good deal but they won't. Also they will keep bugging you calling everyday to make sure you post up a good review. Good thing we didn't.

Walked in to Walters on Saturday 11/25 to purchase my leased 2015 GLK 2015. Robert connected with my husband and I super professional and presented a well Benz representative. I wanted to say he did not even to pressure us to trade our car with another one because that what we did not want to do. Everyone is afraid of going to dealers and getting pressured but Robert He absolutely did an a WOW job and went above and beyond. I just want to say. that Walters and even Mercedes Benz should be HONORD and proud to have an employee such as Robert working for them. By Jan 19 2018 I still had not received the plates and title, despite calling them and visiting them to check the status. I always told, "next week". The last time (on 1/4/18), Pedro told me, "Thursday (that would be Thu 1/11/18) for sure - our registration service has been on vacation." How much vacation do they get, for heaven's sake?
I went to the DMV on Jan 19 to see if the paperwork had even been started. It hadn't. I then went to the dealer, and they (Danielle) told me that it was with their registration service, and the person there was out until 2:00pm, and that she would call me. They have never called in the past, and they have not done the service that they charged me for. All they do is lie and try to fluff you off. Do yourselves a favor and buy your vehicle somewhere else.
Update: On Friday Jan 19, 2018, I posted this and other reviews. The DMV had told me no registration had been started. On Tuesday Jan 23 I got a call from OnQ that they had my plates and everything was done. I went to get the plates and registration. They had registered themselves as lien holders even though I had paid for the truck in full and nothing was owing. So, they still have not given me title, and have filed a lien illegally.
Update 1/30/18: I got a call from the DMV regarding my complaint of OnQ. The Investigating Agent confirmed that the lien should not have been placed on the title. She has instructed them to provide me with a signed-off title and to reimburse me for transfer fees to get a clear title. She also told me that they have had to deal with several prior complaints about this dealership.
Be warned. This dealer has a history of sketchy practices. Stay well away from OnQ Auto Group.

Very awful experience avoid at all costs! Reached out to STG as I found a car to purchase online. Adrian contacted me and said car would be able to be seen and I had a friend take a look at it as I was out of state. Friend said car was great and spoke with Amir when he was there. Contacted the dealership and payed a 16k deposit to secure the car and was told everything was good and that they would have the car ready to go so I could line up a truck to pick it up. I had a driver headed that way to load up the car and about 30 min before he is supposed to get there they send a text saying it won’t pass an inspection and that they were sending it to the Infiniti Dealer down the road to check out what is wrong. (After my friend already had test driven and said no issues) So frustrated, I reached out to the Infiniti dealer and come to find out they had no knowledge of any car from STG being brought in nor matching my description and contacted the dealer back and could not get Amir or Adrian on the phone as they were both “busy” left a message and still have not been contacted. Very terrible customer service, very terrible business. Bunch of Arabians and Mexicans trying to use the language barrier to their advantage to try and screw people over and sell cars out from under them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
