Our salesperson was Sen Disanayake and the General Manager was A.J. and they were both super attentive to our needs and concerns. The Manager worked extremely hard with our credit rating and finances to make the deal happen.

Clearly i did wrong in doing so i spoke with someone that said his name was Scott he wasn't very clear about his name, He then told me he was the manager at the dealership and clearly didn't care much about customer service.

Very bad service - A regret buyer
I have been suffering a very bad experience / a very bad service from Diamond Honda. I bought a certified pre-owned Honda CRV together with 100,000 miles warranty from Diamond Honda sales manager Allan Ho on June 13, 2018, the car had a very big noise coming out from the rear tire on the 2nd day and I sent the car to the local Honda dealer on the 3rd day, local Honda service engineer said that the bend rotor of the tire frame resulted a very big noise and it must be replaced. I have called to Allan Ho for many times and asked him help to resolve this issue, but only answer I got from him was that "I can't do nothing on it", and ask me to deal with local Honda dealer by myself. According to Allan Ho, he has already worked for Diamond Honda for more than 20 years, How come a service manager has been trained by Diamond Honda for more than 20 years can show such kind of a very bad service attitude? How come a certified CRV certified by Diamond Honda engineer can present such a big problem for after using two days later? How come Diamond Honda can be so paralyzed with customers feedback? I am so regret that I have bought a car from Diamond Honda, and also from a so irresponsible sales manager Allan Ho.

Got a great price from Rick Nemeth online. Made and appointment and met with Amir and he was amazing. He treated us great and honored the price with no hassles. My son is active duty military and he was able to get him financed through Honda at an amazing rate and a military discount. Pedro in finance was also great. Overall one of my best car buying experiences ever and I have bought a lot of cars. I have found a new dealership that takes good care of people.

I have purchased multiple cars from RSM Honda and have been a loyal customer (sales/service) for almost a decade.
My sales experiences have been good. The normal back/forth negotiations are present, however, the managers I dealt were willing to work through it, a win/win for both parties.
My service experiences, however, were different. Besides the high prices, I had three distinct negative experiences just within the past year.
Beginning with having a B1 service package performed which included oil, filter and a tire rotation. My car was ready so I came in, paid the bill, picked up my car and left. Later that day I inspected the vehicle and lo and behold the tires were not rotated. Called my service advisor and informed him of the situation. He told me they wouldn't charge me for the next tire rotation. Didn't really resolve the issue at hand but okay, mistakes happen.
The second occurrence (different vehicle) was on a three month old Honda my wife brought in. The A-pillar panel was loose and was vibrating while driving. It also had a significant gap compared to the opposite like panel. When she picked up the vehicle paperwork stated that they removed the panel, added foam and replaced panel. Upon inspection the foam was added to the bottom portion and the actual panel was not removed/reinstalled as the gap is still there. Now we have to take additional time off to fix what should have been fixed the first time around on a brand new car.
The third occurrence called for another B1 service package to be performed along with other maintenance items. This time before taking the car to the dealer I marked the wheel in order to know if the tires were rotated or not. Hundreds of dollars later, no tire rotation was done. I brought the vehicle back which now had to be kept overnight. I spoke to both my advisor and service manager the next day and the explanation was that the tires were not rotated because the alignment of the vehicle called for certain tires to be in certain locations. Even if that were the case would it not be noted in the documentation or more importantly passed on to you since you are being billed for the entire service package. I expressed my extreme displeasure to both about all three occurrences and awaiting a refund for my most recent B1 service.
Was this just a streak of bad luck or is it a systemic problem with the service department. I was assured it was not the latter but the events seem to state otherwise. Also, keep in mind every time your vehicle is repaired under manufacturer warranty the dealerships will bill Honda for labor and parts, you may not be paying them directly but the are getting paid. How many customers check to see what was done to their vehicle when they get home? It's unfortunate when we place trust in a system and then feel like we were taken advantage of.

I felt that I was a most unwelcome guest....Also, I was trying to reach their service manager to assist my situation, but I have had no chance to speak with him/her. This was by far the easiest and absolute best car buying experience I've ever had. I usually dread visiting car lots and being chased around by dealers, or even worse being ignored because I'm not dressed sharp enough! (I'm talking about you cerritos nissan!) Well this was much different, we got to browse the cars on our own and when we were ready, we were warmly greeted by Frank, our salesman. He pointed out all the great features on the Civic we were considering and then we took it on a test drive. He never tried to talk us into a more expensive model, or adding a bunch of extras, he just let us get the model we wanted and gave us a great price we couldn't refuse. When it came to the paper work, it was smooth sailing and their financing even beat our credit unions interest rate. We were then sent to Art who patiently explained our contracts and additional warranty coverage, and got to watch us sign all of our official documents. He never made us feel like big idiots if we didn't consider additional coverage. (I'm talking to you again cerritos nissan!) We were also congratulated many times by various sales people, including Richard the sales manager. This is a dealership who knows the Honda name sales itself and won't try to pressure you in any way. Therefore I highly recommend Community Honda of Whittier! You rock!!!
