He even went to pick me up from the car rental place because I didn’t have transportation. As a teacher I can’t talk in the phone but he allowed me to xpress my needs through e mails or texts. I purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey from Diamond Honda November 2017. I could not have had a better experience. I shop around. I spoke to sales representatives at several Honda Dealers within 100 miles, I requested quotes, I went to look at several vehicles in other dealerships, etc. Once I spoke to CHUNG LY @ DIAMOND HONDA I knew that I didn’t have to travel far to get the best price, the best customer service without compromise. Chung Ly truly worked hard to get my business and his hard work was greatly appreciated. My shopping around stopped here. He is a one stop shop- he is knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, and he truly worked to exceed all of my expectations. Went for an oil change which should take no more than 30 minutes.
I ended up waiting for 2 HOURS
Only reason I come is because I bough an oil change package with my lease. Otherwise, I wouldn’t bother coming in for service.

I came prepared. I knew what I wanted, did my research, got financing through my credit union. But that wasn't enough to prepare myself for my experience at Norm Reeves Huntington Beach. It was an aggravating nightmare that brought to life all the stereotypical beliefs of slick and fast talking salesmen only interested in making a buck at whatever cost of decency and honor. Yup, that's this place! US veteran?? Discount $500, college graduate?? Discount another -$500. Sign here, here, and here. And just when I am about to get my temporary registration and the keys to my new car, the phone rings. "So you're not financing through Honda financing?" "Nope." In that case, your service as a US veteran will not apply and your degree that earned, won't count either. I signed the paperwork. "Oh well." Ultimatum: use Honda financing or pay the $1000. These Honda representatives will smile and lie through their teeth for a sale. Go elsewhere.

Last week I purchased a brand new 2018 Civic LX . By the time they delivered the car it was already dark
, less than 48 hours when I was showing my car to a friend I noticed the hood is NOT aligned correctly also the front bumper was not properly installed !
I took some pictures and vids and immediately took it to the dealership hoping to exchange with another one but instead they offered me to fix it by sending it to a bodyshop !
I refused to send my two days old car to bodyshop for body work .
I talked and even emailed the Executive Assistant name ( Amy Chapouris ) several times requesting to talk to the GM Mr. Bob Carmendy but she doesn't response to my request ! Lol
I think they already knew this car had already some defects but they took advantage of me who trusted them and got rid of it .
So , if you're buying a new car always do it before dark and check it carefully before leaving the dealership .
No dealership is honest ever , just be wise and careful .

He was very attentive, professional, and was straight to the point without giving us any bit of pressure. Al was very patient, informative, and tries his best to make sure your needs are fulfilled first and foremost. Viet took us through with signing and was also helpful, quick, and also didn't pressure us into buying anything. Both had genuinely given us a great experience and good conversation. I would like to give no star with this dealer. Horrible customer service, hard to reach my service adviser, no follow up.... I felt that I was a most unwelcome guest....Also, I was trying to reach their service manager to assist my situation, but I have had no chance to speak with him/her. Their receptionist did not want to transfer my call.

Very very bad attitude of Service Manager. I purchased the 2016 Honda civic in 2016, after 16000 miles there was noise coming out from the vent, i kept taking my honda cars or corona to solve and fix it they keep denying any noise finally i got American Honda involved in the issue and their rep came and confirmed the noise and told the dealership and finally they agreed and tried to fix it but problem not solved so i told them and they said they cant do anything about it so refused to take up the issue to higher level and refused to look at the car. If you want to insult yourself then go to this dealership.

This was by far the easiest and absolute best car buying experience I've ever had. I usually dread visiting car lots and being chased around by dealers, or even worse being ignored because I'm not dressed sharp enough! (I'm talking about you cerritos nissan!) Well this was much different, we got to browse the cars on our own and when we were ready, we were warmly greeted by Frank, our salesman. He pointed out all the great features on the Civic we were considering and then we took it on a test drive. He never tried to talk us into a more expensive model, or adding a bunch of extras, he just let us get the model we wanted and gave us a great price we couldn't refuse. When it came to the paper work, it was smooth sailing and their financing even beat our credit unions interest rate. We were then sent to Art who patiently explained our contracts and additional warranty coverage, and got to watch us sign all of our official documents. He never made us feel like big idiots if we didn't consider additional coverage. (I'm talking to you again cerritos nissan!) We were also congratulated many times by various sales people, including Richard the sales manager. This is a dealership who knows the Honda name sales itself and won't try to pressure you in any way. Therefore I highly recommend Community Honda of Whittier! You rock!!!
