I purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey from Diamond Honda November 2017. I could not have had a better experience. I shop around. I spoke to sales representatives at several Honda Dealers within 100 miles, I requested quotes, I went to look at several vehicles in other dealerships, etc. Once I spoke to CHUNG LY @ DIAMOND HONDA I knew that I didn’t have to travel far to get the best price, the best customer service without compromise. Chung Ly truly worked hard to get my business and his hard work was greatly appreciated. My shopping around stopped here. He is a one stop shop- he is knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, and he truly worked to exceed all of my expectations. I feel that I got a great price because he has the customer’s best interest at heart, he wants to get you a good deal and he wants to see you leave happy. This is not the first vehicle I purchase, but it has by far been the best buying experience. I highly recommend buying from Diamond Honda. They sell a lot of vehicles and I am convinced that they do so because they are the best around. I stopped by yesterday to test drive the Clarity Electric. Well, I ended up signing the lease. I went there knowing what vehicle I was interested in and did research beforehand on the car. Khalid helped me with the test drive and everything else, and I fell in love with the car. There was no pressure to buy the car, buy extra plans, switch to their Allstate insurance, etc. They let me tell them what I wanted, they gave suggestions, and I made the decision. Best of all, it only took 2-3 hours. My last car at a competitor dealership took 6-7 hours. I had a great experience here and I know my friend is looking into the CRV now. I came prepared. I knew what I wanted, did my research, got financing through my credit union. But that wasn't enough to prepare myself for my experience at Norm Reeves Huntington Beach. It was an aggravating nightmare that brought to life all the stereotypical beliefs of slick and fast talking salesmen only interested in making a buck at whatever cost of decency and honor. Yup, that's this place! US veteran?? Discount $500, college graduate?? Discount another -$500. Sign here, here, and here. And just when I am about to get my temporary registration and the keys to my new car, the phone rings. "So you're not financing through Honda financing?" "Nope." In that case, your service as a US veteran will not apply and your degree that earned, won't count either. I signed the paperwork. "Oh well." Ultimatum: use Honda financing or pay the $1000. These Honda representatives will smile and lie through their teeth for a sale. Go elsewhere.

My wife and I purchased two cars through Rancho Santa Margarita Honda. It was a complete nightmare.
-Signed for both vehicles on Saturday, October 21st. Put $500 down that was to clear in 30 days.
-Was told on Sunday, November 5th (two weeks later) that my wife's loan wasn't approved and that the vehicle would have to be returned.
-Agreed on November 5th to put $2000 down that was to clear in 30 days so she could keep her vehicle.
-Signed updated contracts on November 5th and 6th (never received updated copy.)
-Both checks were cashed on November 22nd causing us to receive three overdraft fees.We were prepared for the $500 check, but the $2000 check wasn't supposed to come out until 30 days after November 5th. These fees totaled $102.
-During this time our deals were never finalized. We're working on repairing our credit, and since they weren't finalized our old loans were reported for late payment causing our credit to drop severely.
Anthony Lucero was eager to get me in as I was interested in trading in a vehicle I purchased from that dealership a few years prior. Once everything with these two deals went to crap he never returned my calls or emails. The last call I attempted I was told he was "with a customer." which was garbage as I was told this only after he asked the receptionist who was calling. Also, the Certified Pre-Owned my wife bought only had one key. Never received the voucher for our second key.
My wife and I purchased two vehicles from them back in 2014 and then again this year. This will be the last time we visit this place ever. Norm Reeves Honda will hear from us next time.

I COMPLETED THE ONLINE CREDIT APPLICATION AND RICHARD INFORMED ME MY FICO WAS OVER 700 AND I BELIEVED MY SCORE TO BE MUCH LOWER AND ASKED HIM IF HE WAS SURE THE INFORMATION HE PROVIDED ME WAS ACCURATE MORE THAN 20 TIMES THROUGHOUT THE WEEK AND EACH TIME HE VERIFIED IT AND CONFIRMED MY FICO SCORE WAS OVER 700 EVEN GIVING ME EXACT FICO SCORE OF 721, HE TOLD ME HE'D HAVE THE DEAL DONE THAT MORNING AND TO COME PICK UP MY CAR AFTER WORK. We scheduled an appointment with the fleet manager, Carlos Murillo, who we though would help us, however, I think he was more concerned in leaving early that day as we noticed he is a Dodgers’ fan and the day we meet with him there was a World Series game scheduled in the afternoon. This was by far the easiest and absolute best car buying experience I've ever had. I usually dread visiting car lots and being chased around by dealers, or even worse being ignored because I'm not dressed sharp enough! (I'm talking about you cerritos nissan!) Well this was much different, we got to browse the cars on our own and when we were ready, we were warmly greeted by Frank, our salesman. He pointed out all the great features on the Civic we were considering and then we took it on a test drive. He never tried to talk us into a more expensive model, or adding a bunch of extras, he just let us get the model we wanted and gave us a great price we couldn't refuse. When it came to the paper work, it was smooth sailing and their financing even beat our credit unions interest rate. We were then sent to Art who patiently explained our contracts and additional warranty coverage, and got to watch us sign all of our official documents. He never made us feel like big idiots if we didn't consider additional coverage. (I'm talking to you again cerritos nissan!) We were also congratulated many times by various sales people, including Richard the sales manager. This is a dealership who knows the Honda name sales itself and won't try to pressure you in any way. Therefore I highly recommend Community Honda of Whittier! You rock!!!
