I originally went in to have my Sonata serviced. Joey, the service advisor, was awesome. He was pleasantly helpful and super down to earth he definitely made me feel comfortable. And Elbarto, the sales rep, asked me if I wanted to look around just to see if I liked anything else while I waiting for my car to be serviced. So I did end up finding a car I really like and he definitely made me excited to get it. Betty, in finance, was so sweet. Everyone was so helpful with providing me with detailed information for the questions I was asking. They made getting my car serviced and getting a new car really smooth and easy. 2500 Ram had check engine light and 4 recalls!Great! I Let's just say the reviews were not positive for most dealership service departments,including this one!Reluctantly I called and left a message and later that same day Brenda called with instructions and set an appt time. (was about a week out! Haddad rudely informed me it would be two!!) Arrived at the appt Thursday morning and was greeted with enthusiasm by my service girl Amanda. She is very pro!Real genuine and soothing in an annoying situation, like potentially not having your ride for days! I picked my truck up on Friday @5 right before quitting time at 6. Only two days! I saw zero poor attitudes and everyone was buzzing around getting things done. She also sent informative emails and reminders all throughout the process documenting everything!! Very impressed with this dealer! I had made several phone calls/texts asking many questions about the 2014 Van I was interested in and he responded quickly and never sounded like a salesman. I felt like I was talking to an old family friend. I went down to test drive the van and he was so pleasant and easy to talk and deal with. Never even acted like he was trying to sell a car. I was so relaxed by this easy way of selling a car. Absolutely no pressure. Clean nice lot. I drove the van on a heat wave day 110+ and I wasn't sure that the a/c was cold enough and he said he would guarantee it. I drove it again and it was fine. Two weeks after we bought the van the tires were found to have a manufacture defect and he replaced them. He offers a 30 day warranty. My husband didn't have the time to look and talk with dealers so I need to (not something I really wanted to do!) I definately recommend Chris!

Do not expect any flashy signs, snake oil salesman, or hot coffee in a poor attempt to win you over. These guys *only* sell hand selected cars that meet very strict requirements. There is no nonsense in these cars, and no long winded pitch to convince you to buy anything. They know what they have, and they tell it to you right upfront. We drove all the way from Chicago, IL to California to buy a car from these guys sight unseen, and it was such a good experience we just bought another from them! This place will not be beat, price, quality, service, doesn't matter, you WILL not find a better place.

I called today their sales department and spoke with Aaron inquiring about a pre-owned vehicle asking if they can make it OTD price I was willing to pay. He responded that yes. I asked him again and again asking if he is sure providing him on his request with the Stock # and their internet price. He confirmed 3x all together, saying twice "yes, we can do that". After arriving at the dealership 45 minutes later and receptionist called Aaron telling him that I am there, suddenly she turned to me and said that he is on a lunch brake. Another salesman came who showed me the car, but when I was ready to pay telling him about the price and agreement I had with Aaron, he brought a paper with their regular price. I repeated that I had agreed upon price over the phone with Aaron. Then he "tried" to find some notes in the computer, then he "tried" to find Aaron, telling me at some point that "he is nowhere to find". After 15-20 minutes sitting and waiting there I heard that the receptionist started calling for Aaron on their PA system. She called again. Another 15-20 minutes passed. It looked to me like he was hiding. At the end, highly anticipated Mr. Aaron showed up denying his agreement, claiming (read lying) that he told me "we can discuss". Advice: if you call them, record the phone call, or ask them to send it in writing before heading to the dealership.
Appointment to resolve 2 recalls - customersmatter
Made an appt to fix the recalls on my car. My appt was at 1045am, I went in 15 mins early. I pull up to their service appt line. There were 2 other appts before me in line, so I asked if they have been helped, both said "no". I asked how long were they waiting, "20mins". So we are all waiting, 10mins later, someone comes and asked if we have been helped. The guy takes my keys and tells me to wait inside. By this time I'm already dreading the rest of the wait. Service advisor comes back and says it will be around 3pm more or less when the car will be ready. He took my cell phone number down and said he would call when it is ready
He let's me know there is a complimentary shuttle to take me where I need to go, but I got a ride from a family member. By 3pm I still haven't received a call, so I had my family member drop me off. As I was walking in, the advisor calls my name and says that he was just about to call😏. The whole time I was waiting, the recalls did not get resolved because a part needs to be ordered. Why was I not notified sooner?! The advisor said "he was just told right now an order has to be put in" so 4 hrs to "find out" a part needs to be ordered. This customer service is below acceptable. I had to request this day off, the whole day to give the service team ample time to fix the recalls. Its 415pm I am waiting for a rental because I have to leave my car. As of now, the date my car will be ready is unknown. I will have to explain to my manager that I would have to leave work early on whatever day my car will be ready. Too much of an inconvenience for me and my managers, I am so upset and not satisfied.

after leasing my rav4 in September 2months later it would not start. minf you it only had 2400 miles on it
we had to have it towed in and they said it was rodent damage. it was only 2 months old we ended up splitting the cost 428 because I argued none of my vehicles ever had this issue.
so I let it go that is, until the rain came.i hit a puddle and all the lights came on in the dash. it told me to pull over and stop the car. impossible to do I drove it to the dealership where again I was told it was rodent damage?
Now mind you this vehicle was sitting in their garage for God knows how long. with that in mind and only 2 months after them telling me that it was rodent damage the first time I asked them. "well how do you know it wasnt damaged from before." apparently the rodent made a nest and almost chewed the seat belt off the one my 10 yo daughter uses.
this time the damages was 1500 and change
of course and now only have 5000 miles on it and only 5 months into the lease. I asked for video and was promised but never sent and even though I keep asking for it have not recieved it.
the customer service reps are like debt collectors holding your car for ransoms.
oh and yaeh have the bumper to bumper coverage but guess what they do not cover yuppers rodent damage.
you see the wiring base is a soy base good for the environment and rats love to chew on it.
Toyota knows this and could fix the problem but doesnt how would they make any money?
not only after 5 toyotas is this last Toyota that will cross my path(just got to live thru this one)? I will never trust this dealership again

I drove over 150 Miles almost 3 hour drive to this place so they could just lie to me. The deal was done already I just needed to go in and sign paperwork and Sal the manager comes out and adds 2k to the deal we already had. They got no honor in this place and bunch of clowns can’t believe they made me waste my time and money like that. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody, all they sale is lies here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Car that I purchase gave me so many issues within a month of getting it. Didn't buy warranty which was my mistake. I was barely on my 3rd payment and I just traded it in for a brand new Car at Michael's Toyota. Chevy cruze was the worst car I have ever purchase.
