Had the opportunity to work with a Person Named Kyle . Bought a Jeep Wrangler In June 2020 and next day went to ask some question and correct my address on dmv papers which they got wrong. Extremely rude and arrogant service. Can’t believe it was same man who was trying his best to sell me car less than 24 hours ago. Acting like I’m a road side homeless who walked into the dealership begging for answers.
If a buyer has a question about the car or anything regarding the purchase they should be treated with the same respect and dignity as at the time of purchase. I am a huge fan of Jeeps and this was my first purchase and I was planing on buying another one for my wife but it won’t be happening form this dealership because of this man named Kyle .
So future buyers be aware of their hypocrisy. The day your a potential buyer , you will be treated with respect and the min you walk about with your new car . You are worth xxxx to them .

The service was so bad and the cost for a service 67500 was $900.00. I took the truck to Clovis Dodge and they said it was covered under warranty. They repaired all the mistakes that Selma Dodge made which was using the wrong sealant on the pan gasket and provided a free loaner.
