This is our first time driving a pickup every day...so we're Leasing it for this term. It happens to be our third (overall) Lease through McAuley Ford-Patterson since 2011 beside our purchase of an Explorer . I have known the McAuley team since 1990 in Merced and have appreciated their attentive Service teams and friendly and knowledgable Sales teams in Patterson and in Merced. Between my father-in-law and I we have purchased five brand new vehicles ranging from a $40,000 F-1 50 all the way up to a $91,000 Ford Expedition. I’ve worked with both David, and Ryan In sales. Now I live in California, and usually what that means is anytime you purchase the Ford Raptor, you have to pay $30,000 mark up. Loyalty to Customer Escapes Frontier Ford - PEPK
Upon receipt of the 2013 Escape we pointed out a defect in the clear coat. It was brought up several times and nothing was done in the 5 years we have had the car.
After the 2013 Escape had a door recall service, the passenger door lock was disabled and an interior panel on the rear passenger door now hangs up on opening and pulls off the door. This was mentioned several time to Mark Podesta’s team and ignored each time .
We are done with this do nothing dealership. Looking forward to a new Tesla.

In my years of purchasing cars they are some of the most experienced, knowledgeable and skilled people I have met. I have purchased 4 automobiles from them, with the last 2 purchases taking place in the last four months. Obviously, they have a lifetime customer.

I brought my truck in for a scheduled service. I drove in to the service bay. No one was near by. I sat in my truck for a few minutes. No one came to talk to me. So I got out of my truck and kinda walked around stood by my truck. No one came to talk to me. I then walked to where it looked like service area. There was 3 or 4 people standing some with a person. I waited no one came or asked me anything. Finally someone helped me . Maybe things have changed but if that's the case it Should go back to when someone came out right away to talk to you.

I bought a vehicle from out of town , promised vehicle was complete and had all accessories (I have the emails with the assurances from GM Jeff , so they can’t dispute it) . Took a month to find some one to deliver it to me , I had to find the company , took them three weeks to try to find someone and I found someone in 24hrs . Veh delivered missing all books and accessories that were promised . Now it’s three months later and I cannot register the vehicle in my state , they illegally sold the vehicle to me , they did not have a valid California title and now I’ve waited three months while they drag there feet to supply it , DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER , they lie , deceive , then do not respond , if I could rate lower than one star I would , the owner Jimmy doesn’t respond or care about these issues so he knows too . DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE
Broken new truck no appointments for 2 weeks - Mr happy
Had problems with my new 2018 truck not running right. I bought the truck at Serramonte Ford, so I phoned serramonte ford 3 times, each time i was told that the first available appointment was in 2 weeks. James Ford came to the rescue. Took my truck in the next day. Got in back when promised and they even washed it .. Great service !
Worst ever - Magma
Faulty engine message came on a few times while car shuddered. It would go off as soon as I turned off my car and when I restarted it would be running fine. When engine light came on I bought my car right in. Have extended warranty and diagnostics showed a warranted part needed to be replaced which would have been no cost to me. Instead they did a quick fix by greasing some wires and charged me $200. Roger promised me that if the faulty engine light came back on they would do the bigger repair. (Choose Kevin!)
Within 10 days the car was shuddering again and the faulty engine message was up. I took a picture of it and took the car back in. They ran Diagnostics but since the check engine light wasn't on they said there was nothing they could do. They said I have to bring the car in when it's actually shuddering and shaking with the faulty message on like I could just stop in the middle of everything I'm doing and point the car while it's shuddering and shaking and drive to Livermore.
I called Ford customer service and spoke with Marisol and Janet they said I had to go back and talk with Dominic the service manager Dominic said he could do nothing without Ford approval and he hung up on me. Ford denied that Dominic needed their approval and ping ponged back and forth.
I was finally told to pick up my car that nothing was wrong with it I was able to get a refund when I pointed out that their initial fix did nothing.
My best advice, do not buy an extended warranty as they do not want to honor it, if you can, do not purchse a Ford and never come here for service!

This is my 3rd interaction with quicklane and the previous two were not favorable at all.
This time however, Service was outstanding and Advisor Manny Serrano went above and beyond to help me out. I had a flat caused from a screw in my tire. I had the spare on my truck and called in on a Sunday to ask if they could repair my tire and make an appointment for sometime during that week..with a caveat..I work from 5:30PM to 5:30AM and sleep is a premium to me.
I spoke with Manny on Sunday afternoon and he said there were no appointments first thing in the morning until Thursday..ok..then give me that one please as I had explained my work situation. Manny then worked it out so I could have an appointment first thing the next morning to get me in and out as quick as possible. I checked in at 7:30 and was on my way home by 8:30..I was completely taken care of quickly and with courtesy. I want to personally thank Manny and I hope this review is read by his management. I totally appreciated the way he went out of his way to help me and keep me a satisfied customer. Thank you!!

Took my car in to get checked had an appointment they call me next day tell me they couldn’t find the problem they would have to ckeck the transmisión but it would have to be till maybe 2 weeks later but my car had to stay in the shop to save the spot to have it checked when ever they had time I didn’t agree leaving it there so long without it being checked so I go pick it up ,my surprise when I get home and try to turn it back on it’s completely dead, I called to have it towed to a shop turns out ford mechanics had loosen a connection that goes to he battery, Why would they touch the battery it had nothing to do with what I took it in for.

My car was towed to SCR because I had no options. Salinas Collision Repair went from giving me a $4000 estimate to $6800 in total. Then when I returned to shop with my A/C broken, they refused to repair it until they received money from my insurance to pay additional cost. The A/C unit is located behind the damaged fender they were suppose to repair. They are holding my vehicle hostage (bumper and parts removed) So I cannot even get it back. This is negligence. They do not answer emails and calls go to voice mails. They are closed on weekend, and refused to help me on my last attempt (Friday afternoon) My car has been there since Tuesday am. This should be illegal.

I purchased a 2014 Explorer back in February of 2016, at the time of purchase I asked the salesman if the vehicle had been in an accident, he came back with an autocheck printout that said no damage or accidents reported. Yesterday I tried to trade the car in and the Dgdg dealer came back with a carfax that showed an accident reported 3 months before I bought it and also because of this undisclosed accident when it rains it comes through my front passenger door and into the car. I have a pending lawsuit against them and of course, they refuse to respond to anything.

We wanted to schedule a test drive, so the manager emailed me to ask if we were only visiting to score a paltry $25 visa gift card. Awful first impression. Later, after my wife and I took time out of our busy schedule to actually test drive two cars, the dealership lied about submitting a form for us to receive the modest incentive. Do yourself a favor: find any other dealership when looking for a new Subaru.
