My experience with Carlsen Porsche was superb thanks to Michael Lustbader’s efficient professional assistance in determining which options are most suited for me; as a single woman buying my first Porsche, Michael’s professional knowledge, ,respectfulness and patience are extremely appreciated by me. In addition, I must add that I enjoyed the individual attention that only finest boutique dealership as Carlsen Porsche could provide.

I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering parts online from Porsche Burlingame / Rector Motors. They shipped incorrect parts which were defective, and they were in the incorrect boxes. Lawrence Alexander in the parts department, rudely responded that it was because I did not enter my VIN....It's a standard part for a Macan so wasn't necessary. After researching and sending him documented and photographic proof that it was THEIR error, or HIS error, he responded that he would send me a return label... Which he never did. He's stopped responding to my email. It's just a horrible business with a terrible employee. You would think being a Porsche dealer, they would not treat customers so poorly. Think twice before you do business with Rector Motors and their affiliates.

I have been a customer of Porsche Stevens Creek since 1987 when a company that I worked at went public. The CEO of the company bought a brand new 928 and I purchased a new Carrera Targa, Guards Red! What a beautiful car and even with purchases of other vehicles I kept my Carrera until this year when I sold it for a high resale price. I know going to a dealer can be expensive when you think you can probably get better pricing at a smaller shop and don’t get me wrong the smaller non-dealer shops can be very, very, good. At this time in the car business all repair shops can be expensive and highly technical to repair!
I now own a twin turbo 996 and I am writing this short blog to say my experience at Porsche Stevens Creek, a Penske dealership has been extremely pleasurable! I had some problems with my car that took some time to resolve but their service manager treated me like I was a Penske family member; he went over and above the call for service, and solved my problem above my expectations! I can truly say at Porsche Stevens Creek the customer is really first!!!! Thank you, Mike Squatritto, Service Manager Po-Porsche Stevens Creek you get the outstanding Service Award!!!!
