Great Car Buying Experience at Toyota Marin - Bob
Normally I don't like the car buying process at a dealership, but I just had a great experience buying a certified pre-owned Toyota Prius from Toyota Marin. Martin Sumayan and the finance department were great to work with. There was no haggling about the price of car, the financial transaction was easy and quick, and they worked with me to make sure the car was perfect before I drove it off the lot. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from Toyota Marin!

Old Bag Needs New Car - r.cavagnaro
As an older women, widowed and having never bought a new car by myself, I was overjoyed with the service and integrity I received. I was afraid of a long drawn out process, and I expected to be taken to the cleaners. I was afraid of the negociation process and I did not want to be taken advantage of. Instead I was given the upmost respect, and was treated fairly and with dignity. Lots of energy went into explaining the cars attributes and the many upgrades that I was not familiar with. Will Cress made it clear I could return at any time and get help with issues that might arise, and it was quite expected. So much of this car is computer orientated and I surely will need help in figuring it all out. I never felt any pressure to buy or add on any extra features, I was informed of what was available but was always respected in my view of needs. I would highly recommend Will and his staff, they treated me as if I was a car expert and accorded me all the respect that deserves.

I brought my Sienna in for service as I normally do. I... - Vince
I brought my Sienna in for service as I normally do. I had made an appt to avoid the nin apot line but I noticed on this they were not directing the people who had appts. to the different line as before so I waited in the regular line. I was in fir the major maintenance, after reviewing it items in the major maintenance why after I got my car back I am told I would have to pay for a tire rotation? I just spent over 1,000 dollars on the major and could get my tires rotated? Seems like to services provide over the years do not match the money that is paid for them. I just see a large part going to labor cost. I guess this is a sign of the times. I used to feel being my car that I was getting a good value, not so sure anymore. I have been with Toyota for a few decades and have purchased a few models in the past so this is not a one off feedback. Hopefully this read by a real person and not simply drop in a database to never be read. Thanks

Dirty car with no gas? - HutchHutch
I purchased a 2018 VW atlas. My salesman Daniel was excellent, My financial manager was Andy, 5 star review for these folks. My used car was dirty, the inside had not been cleaned or vacuumed out. I spent so much time at the dealership, they had plenty of time to wash and clean it for me. The Gas tank was only half full. I had to haggle with the upper manager about how bad the tires were. One of the MAnagers was very rude to me, (I don't know his name.) The service manager Matt was AWESOME, he listened to me, he was very professional. If not for him, I would not of bought the SUV. So in all fairness, the one star rating was from the fact that my vehicle was dirty and had very poor tires on it. One bad apple that needs to be retrained on how to talk to customers. The folks I named here saved the purchase and should be recognized as excellent. I'm not so sure I would buy another vehicle here or recommend the dealership to anyone.
No Integrity. Worst of any dealership I have dealt with - mlburch
These people have no integrity. I offered to buy the vehicle. They sent my finance stuff in. They said it would take 2-3 days. I waited one day. Called back and told them I didn't want to lose the vehicle and I would pay cash. They wouldn't hold the car. The salesman and sales manager were gone for the two days this was going on. Neither one off them returned my emails or calls. Totally unprofessional. Do not buy from this dealership or have anything to do with Tom Larson or Ian Schmuk.
Scammers!! - HMBAIRD06
I left this dealership in tears when the service rep kept insisting that to maintain my warranty my 60k mile service was going to be over $800. He was saying that there were things required that were not listed in my maintenance record book that came from Toyota when I bought my van brand new. It was horrible and he wouldn't back down and kept insisting that he knew more than I did, which he does but i can read the manual!! I called Toyota Customer Sevice and complained. I was supposed to get a call from the dealership within 24 hours - nope. It has been a week and no call. I found another dealership an hour away that didn't lie to me and tell me that things were required that were not actually required. They offered me additional services beyond what was required but it was my choice. They didn't try to scare me by saying I'd lose my warranty if I didn't add on the additional services. The other dealership answered my questions and were kind and understanding. This was not our first time having problems with Toyota Vallejo - one time, despite saying they topped off all my fluids they didn't. They are just lying cheaters.
Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. My son... - Brad
Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. My son bought a new Tacoma from this dealership and the stripping needs to be fixed. Has been 3 weeks and will not return his call. They are a scam. New owner gives Toyota a bad name.
never go here. they make it clear its about them making... - dangerman
never go here. they make it clear its about them making money, not to satisfy customers. when deceived about what was in the model, they offer to exchange and upgrade at the usual dealer exorbitant prices for parts and labor.
