Although I did come in for an interview, I did feel that this was the most professional interview I had in the many of dealerships I have been to. Max was very greeting and welcoming and although I was there to have an interview with him ... he already has me interested in getting an i3 as a lease! I would highly recommend this dealership as the atmosphere is very open and not “the typical hawk” of dealerships to force you to by a car. Aside from that, their inventory is very chic and plentiful. Should you visit you will have multiple arrays of choices with packages and colors throughout!

We had a breakdown of our Buick on a Saturday near this dealership and limped into their service department. Immediately were greeted and taken care of with a rental car and a promise of a diagnosis on the following Monday.
On Monday, we returned, again fabulous service, but since our Buick was older, asked if we could see the new line of Buick cars.
We looked at the Encore, and it fit our needs perfectly. Lea provided us with all of the information, let me drive the car and we decided it was what we wanted.
We drove out of the dealership later that afternoon with our new Encore, wearing our happy faces.
I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Buick. All of the three sizes are great cars, but the little Encore is perfect for the two of us.

Made an appointment at 9 am drove all the way from sacramento to get my oil change i let the man named Ruben who was helping me know my rubber flap in the front of my bumper was falling off and was missing bolts askd if they can fix it he assured me they would asked if we would like the driver to drop us off at the mall while we waited for car to finished being serviced got a text messages at 11 am saying my car was ready for pick up called and asked if we can be picked back up so i can go get my car and be back home before 3 because i had a 3:30 dr appointment i waited nearly 2 hours outside the mall to be picked back up i get home only to realize my rubber flap was falling off again they only pushed the flap back on something i clearly could have done myself at home no bolts or anything i asked before i left if they fixed it Ruben assured me it was fixed this is very disapointing when you make an appointment and wait nearly 5 hours to have the same results ive been calling asking to speak to a manager and i get no answer this is ridiculous makes me not want to even come back for servicing or even recommend someone to come in to this place

The staff was great but the car had several issues I discovered after signing all the paperwork. I know you buy a used car in 'as is' condition, but I have purchased many used cars and never had this happen. I guess I took it on good faith that a dealership would fix broken things and fix egregious cosmetic issues before selling it. I never felt the need to inspect every single thing in a car before, but I guess that's on me. Again, I just had the expectation that a dealership wouldnt sell a used car in that condition for top price.

Avoid Randy that was my salesman he was a lousy one at that I would not recommend this dealer it’s a waste of time and you never receive your prize with your winning number on the flyer they mailed to me so the flier said that I won one of three prizes 25,000 cash or a 70 inch TV or $100 gift card I don’t even think this dealership had a event coordinator was in there to days in a row never received my prize with my winning number he offered me a smart watch Well that was last month sale event I really wanted to buy the Dodge journey but he acted like I wasn’t going to get my price unless I did buy a car so I tried talking to sales manger by phone an he was as bad as randy so I never did Receive my prize an ended up Telling the suppose of sale manager that he could shove the Dodge Journey If I could post a picture of that flyer I would but it won’t let me I can’t figure it out but this dealership wasted two days of my time false advertisement Janky Janky sales man I ask Randy for a copy of the Carfax he tells me that cost money I couldn’t have a copy until I signed the deal Yeah if you got time to waste they will tell you anything to sell you a car don’t matter if it’s true or not even lies to my kid she wanted the prize she didn’t care 100 gift card or 70inch tv she would been happy with either one these guys r just fake liers an cheats wonder if anybody got there prize

Once again I will tell my story in hopes that I can help at least one person by diverting them away from this dealership.
Back in January I bought a brand new car from Momentum Hyundai of Fairfield for $27,500. When signing the contract I was sure to look over everything to make sure they were truly charging me the price we agreed on, which they were. BUT the guy had added in a warranty and when I asked about it said it was the one that came with the car & was free of charge. I then asked why my loan amount seemed higher then I thought it should and he lied stating the total includes the interest on the loan; which I knew seemed fishy at the time but figured I could trust this company to be fair. I am now paying off a loan for $3,500 more then I should be.
I signed a warranty cancellation as soon as I caught the mistake which was about 4 months ago and I STILL DO NOT HAVE ANY OF MY MONEY. I have called MANY times and it took a very long time to get a hold of the general manager who ignored my messages for weeks. I have already sent a letter of intent to sue and I will be filing on Friday of this week if this is not resolved.
I do love my car but it has already had a few transmission issues that I can't even focus on due to dealing with this issue. So disappointing, I will be making sure no one I know visits or does business with dealership.

FRAUD!!! I contacted this company last week because I was involved in a total loss and wanted to cancel my gap insurance. I spoke with the General Manager Mo who lacks customer service. I don't see how is in Customer Service with an attitude like that. Back to the story, speaking with him I never got anywhere and he hung up in my face. I called again this morning because the company that "supposedly" has my gap insurance cannot find my contract anywhere. When I bought my car last August I NEVER dealt with him so I am unsure who he is. All he had to do was check with the finance department and rectify the problem when it comes to my $895.00 that's somewhere in thin air. So, since he does not want to help I have to take matters into my own hands. I will be contacting consumer affairs, the better business bureau, and the state attorney general. Once I have put this company on everyone's radar then I will go to court to SUE including damages and time this has caused. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS DEALERSHIP... GO TO BIG DEALERSHIPS THAT HAS SOMETHING TO LOSE AND REPUTATION IS KEY, BECAUSE THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE.YOU DESERVE BETTER WHEN IT COMES TO SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
