I have been a customer at Reliable’s Service department for the past 4 years. I have been treated with the same friendliness, respect every each time I have come in. Jeff, my service rep., is amazing. He embodies everything a service representative should. No matter the issue, he is always patient and kind. He explains everything in layman’s terms so even a non mechanical person such as me, can understand. He is trustworthy and fair. I would never hesitate to trust my vehicle with him. Thank you Jeff (and Elvis) for always remembering my name, for your amazing service, for always taking great care of me!

Just Looking, drove off in a new 2018 GMC Truck - LONDONBRIDGE
We were looking for a used truck as we weren't happy with all of the service our other truck required. We look at another dealership, then walked over the Elk Grove Buick GMC. After a few minutes we were greeted by David Sutton. He looked for a used truck to meet our needs but didn't have anything that we wanted. He was very low key & friendly. He mentioned some special offers on 2018 new trucks so we looked one of them over. Well we bought a brand new GMC Sierra 4 X 4 from them. No pressure, friendly, helpful and courteous. We will bring our business to this dealership again without doubt! Thanks to the entire team.
Was told to go Google a solution by technician - Gambit916
Bought a part that didn't solve the problem, when called to speak to a tech, he had time to answer the call about 20 minutes ago 8.23.18 @11am but didn't have the knowledge to verify if part is faulty. Told me to Google the process to bleeding the air out my diesel.
If we all Google our own issues, idiots like you won't have a job. You should be fired by days end joker.
