Excellent facilities, very clean. The Customer Lounge Area was spacious with a Kid's Area. They have a Large Screen TV, Free Wi-Fi, Coffee, Donuts, and Popcorn.

Good bad , and the ugly ....So... The only good experience that I had was a salesman..
To sum it up, I was under the impression that celijet would get a seal coat on my vehicle, That would protect my exterior and interior. , Then in return I got nothing more than a dirt cheap wax job. I signed because the interest rate was no doubts. Left and come to find out as I’m adding insurance they overcharge me about $4000 for the gap coverage as well as 100,000 mile warranty when my insurance representative said that they can. Offer the exact same coverage for only $350 in total, I decided to go back to the dealership and cancel these additional add-ons and get it through my insurance for substantially cheaper. When I did that they treated me horribly, also doubted that I’d get the same service. Made comments like wait till your car breaks down and it won’t cover the warranty. This is not only the worst part as I’m canceling these additional services that was obviously overcharged I was told that I cannot cancel the cilijet Coating as it was not optional because it was already comes with it, and they’re attempting to schedule an appointment for is just a re coat . I was OK with that because I was told that this was an excellent service for only $600 they would cover my whole car exterior and interior that would allow no scruffs marks damages tears are fading of interior or exterior, Trees could fall on it, rain could fall on it, it will just roll off is so great. And I believe it because all the cars in the show room had that on it and it looked amazing, with a warranty so it seemed worth it. As I received a call about two weeks later to schedule the cilijet coating I was told that this is not a re-coating that is actually the initial coat I was disappointed as I try to cancel it but was told I cannot because it’s on the car. I scheduled my appointment. Was very specific in doing so that I had to leave to work that morning by 9 AM they said no problem they will have a courtesy car waiting for me at 9 AM sharp. I show up to the dealership at 8:45 AM and they explain to me that there is no courtesy vehicles that they subbed out to either budget rental car or enterprise and that I would need to wait for a representative to come and pick me up. Not only that but of course I have to put a deposit with them. 30 minutes later as I am waiting budget rental comes to pick me up drives me about 10 minutes away to their rental car place, away over 30 minutes for them to have a Kia vehicle available for me. I must add they were extremely professional and try to help me out as much as possible, but at the same time told me that they are contracted for Kia vehicles only.. The vehicle I was given was extremely embarrassing it must have been like a 1990s car it was dirty and I was embarrassed to drive in it but what choice did I have I had to be at work. The service is supposed to take 24 hours so the next day I called them in dire need to obtain my actual vehicle back which is a 2021 Kia K5. They told I had to wait between 10 and 11 AM which is over the 24 hour well I showed up anyways about 840 8:55 AM and the service says yeah Let me go grab your car. He pulls my car around in about 15 minutes and I could not believe it my car was extremely dirty. The Cilijet coating they put on had smugud marks throughout the whole vehicle inside and out smudge marks as if somebody smudged an oily hand on your window. This was the least about 25 areas throughout the exterior of the car and the interior was smudge mark on the seat in the side panels, windows, When I asked The representative she explained it will go away I took a lot of detailed pictures after seeing everything I went back in and asked for service manager. He came out and I showed him not only the smudge marks on the exterior and interior but also smudge marks were the Cilijet coating does not go like on my side windows on my stereo white powder substance on areas that it does not go on. He said I am so sorry this does not look right let me take it back and fix it for you. He takes about 20 minutes and comes back out and it looks exactly the same. Then he goes into detail explaining to me that this coating is only a subsurface like a wax service and I explain to him that I could’ve gotten new rims, a full car detail with this wax for the same price I paid for Celijet . I’ve seen vehicles with this coating and they look fantastic so I feel terrible for Cilijet being unrepresented by this Kia dealer. If you have the option to remove this do not get your car with this at least from Kia anyways. They will do a horrible job and the excuse I kept getting was that there are departments are not connected so who I purchased a car from, who schedule my appointment, who did the service, is not the same department regardless the service department did a horrible horrible job as well as every other department. The only thing good about this was a sales representative that help me he should leave Kia of Elk grove . At The end of the day I need to get my car completely detailed this happened two days ago from today and it’s been raining and I’ll tell you what my car looks even worse than before My car looks like somebody sprayed it with soap all over it it has done nothing for my vehicle at all.and it protects against nothing. Save yourself the extra money do not add this to your contract. Do not do what they tell you.

My wife went to Kia of Stockton to get her oil changed. They followed up with her and she gave them the opportunity to earn her business and they did. The Salesman was good. He was newer to the business but he tried his best to answer all her questions. The issues started with the FINANCE MANAGER, ARMANDO and his UNETHICAL PRACTICES. My wife qualified for a 0% interest rate on her loan. But Armando told her that in order to qualify for the 0% interest rate she'd have to also purchase gap insurance, an extended warranty, and the oil service plan. If she did not get those "Extras" then she would have a lot higher interest rate. He said those services came with 0%. (That added an additional $3,000 to the loan.) Not understanding how these things work, she took the 0% and purchased the car. When I took a look at the docs and called a few friends in the car business, they informed me that the loan had NOTHING to do with those "extra services", but the FINANCE MANGER made money on selling these services. My wife then called Kia finance and was told the same thing. My wife and I tried calling ARMANDO numerous times and he was always out of the office or on vacation. He NEVER CALLED BACK. Finally, after numerous calls to Kia Finance, Kia of Stockton, and the extended warranty company we went down to Kia of Stockton. My wife had to sign cancellation paperwork which is understandable. The dealership REFUSED to give my wife a copy of the papers that she signed. He said it was a company policy. Luckily my wife was able to take a picture of the docs. Even though the warranty company sent the check to Kia of Stockton in October it still took 7 months for the money to get sent from Kia of Stockton to Kia Financial after the paperwork was signed(more than likely because he was paid for the deal and the money was going to be taken back). Basically this man LIED to my wife and used extremely unethical tactics to make sure he got paid because there is not much money to be made on a 0% loan, so the Finance Manager tries to include the extras. This man represents Kia of Stockton so I'm sure this isn't the first time Armando has done this, or the last time. It was in his power to do thing legitimately and our business would of went back to him. But instead we drove over an hour to Kia of Vacaville to purchase another Kia for my daughter. They were much more forthcoming with information. They actually and morals and ethics.(they actually told us that those services weren't needed to obtain another 0% loan). BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP and really educate yourself or they might try to get you too. They give themselves, dealerships, and Stockton a bad name. The reason why we waited so long to write the review is because we've been waiting this long for the check to be applied to the loan. BEWARE check the Better Business Bureau. Their grade is F
