Our Honda HRV got stuck because of a malfunctioning... - Dolfan

Our Honda HRV got stuck because of a malfunctioning electric brake switch and my son called service and talked to Justin. Because I was at work I had my son call Justin about 5 times on March 1 and he said he was very helpful. We had the car towed on March 1 to Honda windward. On March 2 Justin called me in the morning and told me the car was going to be finished at 9. We picked up car at 3 pm and got to meet Justin and thanked him for his help and was really pleased with him. I would rate my experience above 10 because of him
