Great Service. Aaron Chan is the person you want to schedule your VW service with. We are a VW family - now on our 5th VW and we have been servicing our VW at Tony VW for about 20 years now. Aaron has been helping us with our servicing for nearly 8 years now. He is the best!! He is very pleasant to work with. More importantly he is thorough and meticulous with the checklist of things that need to be serviced. If we are unable to get everything done on the checklist then he has also helped us prioritize the list. He will always call on time to remind us of any ordered parts that have come in and need to be replaced. When we were a one-car family he always accommodated us so we did not have to wait that long to service the car. Big Mahalo to Aaron!

He took his time and went through all the vehicles with me that was what I was kinda looking for. He is honest, fair and more then trust worthy! I always say the best sales person is an honest one because I would recommend and family and friend to him. Even thoe the car he sold me I plan on having for a very very long time I would not dream of doing business with anyone else. because trust is everything. Thanks to kaniela and the ridiculously great prices at servco in Honolulu, we found our vehicle! Granted, it's a Mazda (used)..... We could NOT believe how well Kaniela knew each of the vehicles on the lot. We didn't even have to negotiate as the prices (of each car we looked at) already beat out the prices the other dealers on the island were advertising for. Unreal. Love this place. Oh.... I moved to Oahu and needed to buy my wife a car. I purchased her a 2013 Nissan Altima from Waikiki Auto Sales then six days later it would not start. When I contacted the owner hoping for some sort of remediation, he told me it was "normal wear and tear... that's the cost of doing business." Fortunately, it was not an extremely expensive repair but no one expects to throw money into a car immediately after they purchase it. Waikiki Auto Sales doesn't even do their customers the benefit of checking minor problems before they sell their cars so you definitely need to bring a mechanic if you buy from them. The owner is the epitome of a stereotypical used car salesman.

Recently tried to purchase a car and they never communicate with the customer don’t want to take your trade only rather put it on consignment and they never know how to push a deal to make it work with the banks terrible place to purchase a automobile

Recently wanted to but a truck from there and they just pass you from one person to another felt really uncomfortable working with 5 differs people just to make a deal. Promise to get papers signed but they don’t communicate with their sales representatives and the sales representative brought all the wrong papers and they don’t know how to satisfy their customer. Will never go back there.
