All of the people we met at Klein Honda were fantastic! Q knew his products well and helped me narrow my choices of vehicles. He presented information well and didn’t pressure me to make a decision. Evelyn (internet sales) was responsive to my many emails and Geoff made the test drive and write up of the transaction painless. He has a relaxed manner, a nice sense of humor and went way out of his way to help us. Sage was impressively efficient with the documentation signing process. All of the people I met at Klein Honda were friendly, informative and walked us patiently through the many car-buying details, making it enjoyable through the process. Taking a trip to the dealership to buy a used car isn't exactly on everyone's list of fun for how to spend a Summer Saturday, but we had a great day at West Hills. My family worked with Mike Columbus, and could not have asked for a better experience. Mike is FABULOUS, laid back, no pressure, and went completely BEYOND above-and-beyond to meet our needs! Our day was spent looking across multiple lots in the West Hills complex, digging up the best matches for our needs, and test driving multiple vehicles. Mike was so gracious and patient, even though he was in high demand from other customers we had his complete attention and no detail was missed. Ultimately, Mike helped us find TWO vehicles that perfectly met the needs of our family, which we weren't sure would even be possible. When it came down to finishing the deal, Mike made sure to arrange it to best benefit his customer, and despite it being more work for him he never hesitated. We were working with the financing agent well after closing time, and who was there waiting to congratulate us when the deal was finally done? ... Mike! Did not and would not honor their online advertised special leasing rates. $0 down, $191/mo + tax & license. Went into dealer knowing exactly what make/model I wanted to lease. It took 5 hours, FIVE! hours, before I was in my new leased vehicle. $2000 down, $259/mo with tax & license. Not quite the deal I went in for. Do not fall for their bait & switch online scams. Prepare to wait & wait & wait even if you know exactly what you want.

I agree with the other review. We actually dealt with Chris the salesman and Aaron the sales manager who both were pompous rude and disrespectful liars. We went in initially to purchase my wife a new 2018 Honda CRV. I liked her vehicle so much I decided to sell my vehicle and go back and buy a new Honda CRV for myself. My mother was visiting from Arizona and also owns a CRV but an older model. When she seen my CRV she decided she wanted one as well. The car deal and the prices were made prior to being picked up. We were jerked around with an initial finance rate that fit my payment but only to get a call later in the week that the rate increased. It was promise after promise and zero follow through. Chris, Aaron and Honda Auto Center of Bellevue are the reason people hate buying cars. They claim to be an honest dealership but the integrity and character of Chris and Aaron speak WAY different. The only reason we went through with any purchase with them is because the price we paid were better than other Honda dealers. If we paid full sticker we would have had the red carpet treatment but because we negotiated down on all three we received the most disrespectful car buying experience we have ever had. $75,000.00 showed the true integrity of this dealership. If you want a good price with the added bonus of be disrespected check this place out. But I will never return even for the free oil change. I will never have our vehicles serviced there either.
