Great Customer Service Made the Purchase Possible! - Lala66
Buying a used car can be stressful to say the least. I found the car I wanted online at Klein and put in an online offer. Pretty painless really. It was helpful to see what the estimated payments would be and additional features that were included such as unlimited life time warranty and unlimited oil changes. Actually going to Klein was the big deal for me. But I met Keanu Kealoha at the lot across the street ( was lost of course), he was so very helpful and cheerful and put me at ease immediatly. He had me follow him in his car to the actual dealer, helped me park, and escorted me into the dealership and introduced me to a few fellow employees who could help me. He also bought me out on the test drive and answered all my questions. I don't know if I would have bought the car without his help. Thank you so much Keanu! You are awesome! Kudos to you!

Less Stressful - CRVgal47
Our sales associate was Austin Almaden. Appreciated the time spent meeting our needs without rushing thru this experience. Less stressful using Costco Auto Program. Would recommend Austin and Honda to future buyers.

Didn't bother to help us - ar101
We have been going to Lynnwood Honda for service since 2001 when we bought a new car there. The service department is wonderful. It was now time to buy a new car and knowing what we wanted we went in to buy. The woman dealer told us she couldn't help us. Really??!?!! She didn't even bother to ask questions or direct us to someone else. We went to Klein and bought a new car that day!
Good service, nice people. - Blistergrip
Very pleased with the service. I was helped by Ryan, who was informative and friendly. I was told the work would take two hours, but they were finished in only an hour and a half, including a wash and cleaned interior.
Only two negative issues with the dealership, neither of which should reflect poorly on Ryan, or the folks who serviced my vehicle. First, I called the day before and made an appointment for the service, but when I arrived, there was no record of the appointment. Ryan however got me in, and the work was completed sooner than expected.
The second issue was a greater concern. When we bought our vehicle, a 2015 CRV, on their certified used car program, our salesperson told us that all regularly scheduled maintaince was free for the first year. Unfortunately, I found out today that the only maintaince that was covered was the oil change. Apparently the salesperson was misinformed, or worse, misleading in his claims. This should not reflect on Ryan, or the rest of the service staff, whose service was excellent, but does, unfortunately, reflect poorly on the dealership as a whole.
No Ownership, No Integrity!! Worst Dealership Experience - bands
Feel Cheated, Never go to a dealer because its near and because of Authorized dealer. Even I feel cheated through this dealer.
Within a month it did not work! after couple of months it stopped working completely.
Bought this car in the month of Sep, after a month i stopped working, i jump started and it started, but before jump starting i called the dealer service department couple of times for help. But they were keen on selling their product rather to give the right information. Though my car was still under manufacturer warranty, they informed me that batteries will not be replaced under the warranty.
Again after 2 months I had the same issue with my car, car did not start. Tried jump starting, it failed. Checked with local mechanic and confirmed that battery is good but its not starting because something else, he suggested me to take the car to the dealer. I towed my car to the dealer they diagnosed that the fuel is adulterated. I wondered how its possible when i fill in a popular reputed gas station, I fill gas one a month. As a caution they gave me list of things to change within 3 months. Like changing all 4 tires
Inspite Service Manager was rude
Will Never RECOMMEND. Please have someone check the vehicle or who know about the vehicle will help you to an extend.
Unprofessional staff - arturgh
Unprofessional staff. We were working with Sales Manager Danon Dugan and sales representative unfortunately I don’t remember the name. Also buyer talked to Andrea Fredell who refused to help either. I lease a Acura which was towards to end, there was a buyer who was interested in buying the car I currently lease. As I don't actually own the vehicle the buy and sell should be done through Acura or Honda dealership. The buyer calls dealership makes an appointment, as almost always dealerships do a person over the phone says that no problem come down here we will get this done. So we went there, they were able to pull out my Acura financing account, to find out the actual payoff and all the other details. On that day they told us that can not complete the paperwork as car buyers inspection is needed which costs around $170 and takes around 4 hours to complete. So the buyer makes an appointment I go there leave the car for inspection, and come back after its done around 6PM Friday night. We did wait there for 30mins to an hour to get our turn for manager or finance manager I am not sure to get us. So he takes the car inspection and asks, "Any reason you guys came to Honda and not Acura?" Also continues that technically there is no difference. And then goes talks to his boss over the phone comes back and says that his boss said that they can not do that. And at that point I was on my other car as I was under impression that after the paperwork the buyer will drive Acura and I will drive back. When I said that what? I am not physically able to drive two cars at the same time. You knew that this was Acura from day one and said that you will do that. The answer was simply yeah I know, I can not override my boss. And offered to give me a gas. I said I don't need your gas, you burnt my day and a half, you knew all the details upfront, did not do your homework to know whether you are committed to complete that then don't make people come do dealership. Oh almost forgot, I leave 30 miles away from this dealership so they made me to drive there on the first day, then on the "deal day" I drove there, then buyer dropped me off to my place, then I drove back to dealership to do the paperwork, then as the boss did not let him to finalize the paperwork, I had to drive back to pick up my wife, come back take the car and drive back. So these guys literally made us to drive 200+miles. Think many times if you want to deal with these guys.
