They have very friendly and helpful staff. They seemed to be trained by someone in the hospitality business. The service and repairs were faster than expected.
The shuttle service to my home and back to the dealership was outstanding. Driver's were retired military and were very professional and friendly.
Their service rates were comparable to the chain tires stores and service centers, but they DID NOT try to up sale any unneeded service.
I rate them high on trustworthiness.

I traveled over three hours to bring my car to Gilchrist Chevrolet, and I will continue to do so. Our Local Chevrolet Dealer didn't want to bother with a warranty issue, so I called Gilchrist who had serviced our car with the previous owner. Each time I called I was treated with respect, professionalism and kindness, the day I brought it in was more of the same. My appointment ended with the assurance that I had no worries from the service people all the way to the owner. I was impressed and will not hesitate to not only return here in the future but also to recommend friends and family to go here as well. Worth the trip, I am more than happy.

The management here is terrible. They've been trying to weasel their way out of paying my dad his backpay after an on-the-job injury, hoping that if they held out long enough we'd just give up. Wrong! They owe my dad a lot of money and he's going to get it.

Awful people here!!! 0/5 would be more accurate. My wife was recently visiting relatives in the Seattle area and our 2011 Chevy traverse had a radiator problem that needed to be serviced at this location. The service people needed to keep the car over night. That evening someone broke into our vehicle while it was at this dealership, breaking out the back passenger window and stealing a bag. The service manager accused US of the vandalism and would not help with any of the repairs!! awful awful awful people...
