Made a 9:00am appointment two weeks ago to have my Ram pick-up trouble-shooted for a electrical problem today. When I got there I was told their computer did not have a scheduled appointment for me. But could work me in and all trouble-shooting is done between 8am and noon. Sat there 4 hours untill noon and my truck did not move. After 4 hopurs I asked for my keys back and left! NEVER WILL RETURN!

One of the worst ever dealership I have ever been to. They posted the price of the Chrysler 300 2018 car on the official website and after I made all the effort to talk to the sales guy and manager and drove an hour and a half to get the car, they told me they marked the price wrong. Like seriously. I called the an hour before I went in. Also, they said 18000 the 1 was mistakenly marked as 1 instead of 2. Come on man. Even if that was true, the new car isn't the same price, leave the pre-owned we were trying to see.
I spent my afternoon driving to the location. After the manager told me they marked the price wrong and they now can sell only for 5k more, the manager was extremely rude and spoke about how they can choose to not sell the car. Like seriously, I was just accepting an apology for all the time I wasted making all the effort. Is that how you treat your customers. Extremely bad. Please be very cautious doing business with them. Very very displeased and disappointed.
