Long-Lewis used to be such a good dealership with great service and reasonable turnaround. Unfortunately, much longer than average wait times for diagnostics now plague their service department. When other Ford dealerships can have you worked in within a day or two and this location quotes you 1-2 weeks or more for the same service, it is rather baffling. Definitely not what they used to be...

Today was a perfect example of the service manager addressing my concerns about my car even though I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. I was able to speak directly with the technician performing the work. The Service Advisor kept me informed. Job was done right. I drive by other dealerships in the region to do business with Stivers, either purchase or service the experience has always been friendly and attentive

Did not appreciate that I had an appointment and said it will take an hour and half for an oil change. I needed my car to be checked for a break light. I ended up spending five hours waiting on my car. No one ever asked if I needed anything. I had to wait for people to go and come back from lunch. While sat there with no food for five hours. So unhappy with ford. Don’t think I will ever by another ford again.

Worst experience I have ever had at any dealership! The service manager was some "hot- headed" woman that was completely rude! I took my new vehicle to them to have it looked at and they messed it up worse (and they're claiming that they didn't touch the part that's messed up now!) Terrible customer service! I would never recommend anyone to go to them!

Hughes Auto service Fixed my Hyudai, the part was put on wrong then they charged me again to put the right part on when the manager agreed to waive the service charge, the charge was on the bill anyway. Also Dean Team Hyundai did not fix my service problem back in November when they first had, said they did not have time.

Dealer burned up my alternator due to miswiring it. They said it was my fault, charged me for another alternator and wiring harness. At this point my car was in the shop for 4 days. On the 5th day I called to get the status of my vehicle. They ordered the wrong wiring harness for my 00' Cougar. The next day I got my car back, but got raped with a $400 bill. Moreover, I asked them if I could get my old alternator back and they said that wouldnt be a problem. Then come to find out, they wanted me to pay a $75 core charge that was never discussed to get it back. I plan on filing suit against the dealership just for the principal of the thing and would not recommend anyone buy a car or have a car serviced at this dealership. These people are the real deal!!!!! They were able to get me in with a full schedule on a Friday after lunch and get the Ford F-150 back to me before the end of the day.they fixed it fast and fixed it right the first time....... They also were able to do better than their initial quote,..... which is always nice...... I will recommend thesr guys to my friends and family!
