I respect the guys in the service dept. Even though they didn’t fix my problem. They recommended I take my truck to a dealer which I did. I will keep using their service dept just because they were honest with me.

Not only did they awesome technician Tommy find the wiring issue and repair it, they also repaired a loose piece of trim and gave us a new extra key. Jamie in the Service Department is an absolute pleasure to deal with and both are to be commended. Team One Dodge has restored my faith in auto dealerships.

The service department did a magnificent job of working with my warranty company, keeping me informed, and providing professional and expeditious work. The other staff, I am sorry I can’t remember his name but he drove me to get my rental was very kind and friendly as well. Dawn at the rental center was truly amazing as well. I cannot recommend this dealership enough! I originally came in without an appointment after my car broke down on a road trip, and from start to finish, the team went above and beyond for me. Cody Hendrix in service was the first to help me — he fit me in immediately, personally drove me to Enterprise for a rental, and even connected me with a sales advisor when I mentioned I might just buy a new car instead of repairing mine. That’s how I met G, the BEST sales advisor. I had never purchased a car completely on my own before, and he was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough every step of the way. He showed me multiple options, and I fell in love with a 2021 4Runner. G truly made the experience easy and stress-free — he even came to pick me up from the rental car place the next day and spent nearly an hour outside in the heat helping me transfer all of my things from my old Jeep into my new car. That kind of dedication is rare, and I’m so grateful. Finally, Desmond in finance helped finalize everything. He was personable, patient, and made the process smooth — even when I ran into an issue with my card limit. He never made me feel rushed and walked me through everything with ease. I am so grateful that Mitchell Nissan and all the people involved there are in my life! I'm not young. I have bought a lot of cars in my life. Mitchell Nissan and their team have always surpassed my expectations. Joy Gibson always picks up my car from my work and takes it in and the service department does their magic and keeps it running great and also cleans it up. It is totally amazing. I really appreciate the fact that they communicate with me during the service to ensure that everything is done that I expected and they let me know what service is upcoming so I can stay on top of it. And then they send me a notice when it's time. In the busy world we live, this is a great relationship! Bought a brand new vehicle and at 17,000miles starting having multiple problems. Had at Ronnie Watkins Ford several times for each of the different problems. They never fixed one issue. Then at 80,000miles driving down the interstate it blew and caught fire. If they had fixed the problem this would not have acured.

While in Gulf Shores my engine light came on, and I had my car towed to the nearest dealer which was Eastern Shore Hyundai in Daphne, Alabama. It was close to closing time when we got there, but Sam Oldham, the service manager, went out of his way to help me get my issue, taken care of. He ran a diagnosis and discovered the problem, giving me a couple of options. They could order the parts and probably have it ready before I left Alabama or he considered it very safe to drive with no damage to the car and have it fixed whenever got back home in Nashville. Based on his recommendation that I would not harm the vehicle in driving it, I selected to wait until I got back home. Sam Oldham and his staff was very professional and accommodating and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Sam for helping me take care of my Tucson issue and getting me back on the road again. My initial experience with this dealership was horrible. Shannon and Thomas are service writers at this location and their customer service and professionalism are far below sub-par. After three months of calling, stopping by, sending emails etc and neither of them returning my call regarding replacing the parking brake cable (which they had the part for) on my vehicle. If my last interaction with this dealership was with either of them, I would not go back and would file a complaint with Ford. Having said that I attempted one more time to get the needed repairs done. When I walked in the service department Kayla met me with a smile and instantly got me in front of the service manager to resolve this issue. I met with Scott (the service manager) and after explaining how his staff behaved towards me insured that the needed repairs would be done two days later and we scheduled an appointment. The driver Ron was very pleasant as well. Kayla made the drop off and pick up process a breeze. Each time I was there she met me with a smile, handshake and paperwork. She maintained excellent communication during the entire process. I would like to give Sons a five-star rating because of my final interaction with them. However, it did still take three months and a lot of headache and annoyance to get a three-hour repair done. In the end Kayla and Scott went above and beyond to improve my experience. I would recommend this service department but I would not recommend dealing with Thomas or Shannon. Not sure how they still have a job there.
