If you are African American do not go to this dealership. On July 16, 2021, I went to see if I could get maintenance on my 2021 BMW X4 M version of my car. Once, I drove up to the Auto Service area at the dealership. I parked my car behind a BMW Demo X3 car and literally watch the service guy stare at me and continue to stand 10-15 feet away from my car. Then another service parked a customer’s vehicle and walked toward his coworker. I notice they started talking and looked at me and continue with their conversation.
I felt so invisible to them. I was honestly standing outside my car starring at them for help. Moreover, I notice I was getting that look from them; like why he is here or who car did he steal. I guess this must be a Phoenix, Arizona thing. What really made me angry was when a Caucasian customer-driven up to the service department and parked behind me and one of the service guys bypass me and walked directly to the customer's car behind me to help them.
I knew then I wasn't going to receive any help from BMW in Chandler, Arizona. This same thing happens to me at the Camelback locations also in Phoenix. This is by far the most racist city/state I ever lived in, especially the dealerships. I have walked in a few BMW locations in Phoenix, Arizona, and every Caucasian guy either turned their heads, ignored, or walk past me as if I'm invisible to them. I visited this location in Chandler, Arizona a few times and didn’t feel wanted in the presence of this dealership. I can’t even express myself in words because I feel so disgusted or resentful of how people still look at African Americans today. Why did I move to this racist state in April 2021? Big mistake relocating or buying a car here!! Last, I would NOT recommend AFRICAN AMERICANS TO BMW Chandler.

Always helpful. This dealership doesn't waste any of my time. I'm told in advance what will happen and how much it will cost and then those things are done correctly in a timely fashion. The maintenance professional who helps me is very good at dealing with the insurance firm that covers my car. I am happy enough with this dealership that I tentatively buy my next car from them when the time comes.

I took my car there for service and to change my windshield wiper and when I get my car they broke my windshield and when I asked them to fix it they said it was rock chip and I have pictures of my car that's my windshield is nothing wrong with it

I had major body work done on my car. I was asked to take the vehicle when it still had unresolved problems. Since then I have had to bring the car back to have the door adjusted, hatch adjusted, and twice because local glass shops can't get a windshield to fit correctly. Every time I get the well, we have a life time warranty just bring it back. I don't want to bring it back, I want it fixed right the first time. Nice people but very disappointed in the results. The response I get is, "I don't know why it won't fit". I expected better quality, better service, and better handling of the problem.

Paint dust on dash. Paint on under dash. Paint on rubber gaskets & glass. grease on door handles & interior leather. Glass molding was not installed correctly. Repairs to paint came off on first wash.
Not what I expected from a Lexus Repair shop. This repair was done at the Speedway Location. Have had repairs done on other Lexus here without problems.

I would not recommend this repair shop. I was in a small fender bender so I brought my car in for an estimate. Tom was very thorough as he went over the damage and repairs with me. He told me it would take four days to repair. At the top of my written estimate it says four days. There was 8.2 hours of labor and 5.1 hours of paint. I brought my car in at 8AM on Monday. Tuesday afternoon a man named Jack called me. He said my car would not be done until the following Monday. I told him that the estimate was for four days and that I needed my car. He told me he would see what he could do. I waited for hours so finally I called him back. His attitude was even though the estimate was four days, too bad. Maybe we can get it on Saturday, He kept telling me that they were closed on Sunday and I kept saying the car was supposed to be done on Thursday. He did nothing to help me until I posted on Yelp. Now he says he will try and get my car by Friday. I don't know how 13.2 hours of labor turned into 8 days. Go somewhere you can trust a written estimate.

Fantastic service! Will definitely come back. Everyone from the the courtesy driver, cashier, and service people were very pleasant and friendly. Oh, and the Danish, tea/coffee, and popcorn is a nice touch. Waiting area with big screen TVs is comfortable. Nice attention to customer needs.
