I want to thank Kyle Stringfellow for being a true professional. Recently, I had a horrible experience at Camelback Ford with a Service Rep who would not respond to my phone calls or emails for 6 days after I had my vehicle towed there for service. I had to physically walk into the Camelback Service Center to get the Service Rep to respond to me. It took another week after that, to finally get the vehicle back. I took the vehicle to Kyle Stringfellow at Chapman Ford to complete the repairs. Kyle is very knowledgeable and responsive to questions and the repair timeline. I highly recommend Kyle Stringfellow for all your Ford service needs. I was also able to use the new SunBit financing option. It is a great feature to spread the cost of the repairs out over a period of time.

Service department did an excellent job tuning up my truck! It now runs like its a brand new truck! They also replaced the transfer motor for my 4X4 and it works great! They text me and let me know the price and the time frame that my truck would be completed! They also checked in with me after the work was done to make sure I was completely satisfied! As a dealership I also just purchased a more gas efficient vehicle. I bought a 2019 Escape from Nathan and the process was so easy! He listened to my price range and didn't try to push me into something else. The process was great! The vehicle needed some work before I took it home. They got it up and running and checked with me multiple times to make sure everything was great! I highly recommend Show Low Ford as a dealer and as a service department!

I went in for tires ,battery, wiper blades and an oil change on July 27, 2022. I first went in for a tire that had a slow leak and had to get a new one. Went in on the 27th and found out the new tire had a screw in it so I ended up buying 5 tires in all. The service department was wonderful. Anthony and Toby were great. They are fraudulent thieves. - Carissa

They are fraudulent thieves. I took my truck in to their service dept and they tried to tell me that the fuel pump ruptured and came apart and contaminated the fuel system and it was going to be $16,000 to repair. We had questions as the truck had a kit on it that is supposed to prevent contamination of the fuel system should a failure occur. The tech could not answer my husbands questions and admitted to us that “he didn’t know what he was looking at.” Don’t you think you’d figure that out before you call someone and tell them it’s going to cost $16,000? They are absolute crooks! They also put on my invoice that there were parts from my truck in the backseat- there were no parts in the backseat! I got the truck outta there shop as fast as I could and took it to a diesel mechanic shop. They spent close to 2 weeks tearing the entire fuel system and pump out. There is absolutely no contamination of the fuel system nor is the pump “ruptured,” and falling apart as they stated to me! I have reached out as I want resolution and I’d like to know where the hell are the missing parts to my truck that they said they put in the backseat. So far, as of this writing they will neither call me or reply to my email.

JP (James Pratt) was extremely helpful in getting me into the service schedule due to an emergency need to repair or replace the radiator on my Ford F350 Super Cab. I dropped off the vehicle overnight and it was ready the next day. JP kept me informed about what was needed to replace the radiator, and the cost estimate. Although and expensive repair, the actual cost came in under the estimate and I was back on the road. Great servie.

In October 2022, we bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from a small car dealership. It had 75,000 miles on it. We bought an extended warranty with the truck. At the end of May/June 2023, the truck went into limp mode on my way home, from out of town. We had the truck towed to Anderson Ford Kingman. Lacie Korson, Assistant Service Manager handled all the details for getting the truck repaired. As it turned out, the engine had to be replaced! Since it is a Raptor, every thing is more expensive. We have the extended warranty through ASC Warranty. This company was the easy one we have ever worked with. Lacie did all the contact with them and they contacted me via text with the status of the repair. The only thing they did not pay for was taxes, diagnostic, filter and fluids and there was no deductible. Lacie kept me informed as to the status. If I did have to call her and she didn't answer, I would leave a message and she would call me back, usually the same day. We had zero problems with Kingman Ford. I was skeptical after reading some of these reviews, but the latest one was from a year ago. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for service or buying a vehicle.
