I’ve been back to the dealer twice, and for the last visit I had a hitch applied to my 2024 Santa Cruz (which I Iove, but I wished they had a Santa Fe or Palisade based truck). The first time was to adjust my headlights; to lower them because my Santa Cruz was purchased as a lifted (raised ground clearance) vehicle. Both jobs were done as correctly as I can tell as a consumer. I don’t get flashed with on coming traffic high beams anymore at night, and now I can tote my bike with the hitch which I am excited to try now.
Grant checked me in and out both times. He has always been super courteous and friendly. They always beat their estimated time to complete the work, and that is always a happy surprise because I have more of my day to enjoy…Free.
They have a good assortment of coffee and snacks to enjoy while I wait. I like to stroll and look at the new cars they have on their lot…which is always tempting since Hyundai makes good good cars.
If they make a Truck from the Palisade platform and call it “The Dewey” (because I live in Dewey, AZ) I’d Get one…do the trade while I have the Santa Cruz in for its scheduled maintenance during which I know I’ll be comfortable waiting for because Findlay Hyundai In Prescott, AZ HAS SUCH A GREAT SERVICE “TEAM!”

And Eric Foos has come out during both my service appointments and answered my questions about other models I’d looked at during my wait time-strolls on the lot (dreaming of A bigger Hyundai Truck). He knows about the cars I ask about, and I love to dream with good product details.
