Worst service experience I have ever had. Misdiagnosed an air conditioner issue on my 2016 Honda Pilot. Originally quote $551, but that repair did not work. Now they won’t refund the $551 because we refuse to pay $3,000 for a whole new air conditioning system. Bait and switch. 1 month without my car. Best part is, the general manager won’t return my calls, would not come out of his office to talk to me about taking advantage of my wife, and then called the police to report our loaner car stolen. I will never do business with Honda again. After owning 5 Honda’s, I will never consider buying another one because the service department of Floyd Traylor Honda in Fort Smith.

These guys have done a lot of work on my old CRV. I have tried 2x taking my car to a couple of other shops first to compare quotes and both times, the guys at Fletcher told me I actually didn’t need any work done. So unlike other shops, they don’t seem to try to talk you into unnecessary work. I really appreciate that. They’re also willing to come out and talk to you about it and explain all the work needed/done.

I've been taking my 1994 Honda Prelude (my baby) to Honda Pro for several years now. They use only Honda parts and the quality of work is superb. They never try to push more service on you like some tend to do, they just put comments on your receipt letting you know any recommended work that might need to be addressed at some point.

Good afternoon McLARTY Nissan dealership. I have recently had my 2015 Nissan Versa serviced at your service center. I scheduled a appointment with my service advisor Jordan Camp. Upon my arrival on Saturday April 11 I was greeted by Jordan. He explained to me in detail what services were going to performed on my vehicle. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all services that were going to take place that morning on my vehicle. My daughter's Monday started very badly. Her 2013 Honda Pilot had to be towed to your dealership service department. A young man named Chris (I don't see him pictured) met us and just took care of everything. We knew it was going to be an expensive fix, there was no way around that, but your service department was absolutely outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about how they treated my daughter. She says her car drives like new again. As a result, she told me that, when the time comes, she is buying her next vehicle at McLarty Honda. I told her I would most definitely never buy another vehicle without coming to you first.
GREAT job, and I don't know the names of the techs, but they were awesome. I was really impressed with Chris--he represents you all so very well.

Purchased several cars from here. Never again. Took my car in with a problem and what they said didn’t sound reasonable. They told me they could show me paperwork related to the problem. When they couldn’t come up with it it was to be emailed to me. It never was. When I contacted them they said they never give out anything like that. That I misunderstood. Since then several mechanics have said that what they said was unreasonable. $900.00 dollars later I will NEVER do business there again.

I haven't, as yet, purchased a vehicle from this dealership, so I can't say anything one way or the other regarding their sales, but I have taken a '91 Civic I used to own to them for minor repairs a few times. Each time I waited while they did the work. The staff were friendly without being pushy or intrusive, and, more importantly, they did good work and finished very quickly without charging an arm and a leg. I can't say whether their work on makes other than Hondas is as good, but they did quality work at a reasonable price. If you own a Honda and need work done on it, I'd recommend them as soon as any mechanic.
