Cole Lingle, the service advisor, is what made this a 5 star situation. My truck was in for the same issue twice. Repaired properly the second trip. Cole was very professional and respectful in every communication we had. It was very refreshing, with lack of a better word. He kept me advised of issues, parts being ordered and expected timeline. Very much appreciated the effort. It definitely made it easier to schedule my days as a customer.

Everyone at this Dealership is nice, friendly & honest. The Sales Staff doesn't try to rip you off. Prices are upfront, no hidden charges. They don't pressure you to buy anything you don't want. Service is top notch as well. They don't do anything you don't want. If something needs to be done, they get your approval before doing any work.

I just had the absolute WORST experience with Colton Montgomery the Service advisor from Harry Robinson Buick GMC. I came in yesterday to see what was wrong with my breaks. They had me wait an hour and THEN told me it was a leak in an axle and it would take them about 2 hours to fix if I wanted it done.He said my warranty would cover $800 of it and I would hAve to end up paying about $200. I wasn’t able to get it done yesterday so I scheduled an appointment for today at 10 am to get it done. They had given me a timeframe of 2 hours. It is now 2:48in the afternoon and I am still here no updates or ANYTHING. Hunter Means comes out to update someone else about their car and doesn’t even acknowledge I’m sitting there. So I ask him how everything is going with my truck. He tells me he will go check and let me know. After waiting 30 min, I finally go and check on what’s Going on and he said he was finishing up the paperwork. He’s gonna tell me I have to pay $365.00 out of pocket! Idk what changed from yesterday but if it’s such a drastic change in price, they should have at LEAST given me an update or options or SOMETHING. Then I got to talk to Alexis Brown and she helped straighten everything out. I’m so happy she was there to help us with a very stressful situation

Our 2016 Sprinter motorhome was subject to the Mercedes diesel emission recall. It is a 3 1/2 hour drive for us to go to Bentonville and previous air bag recalls had not been very positive experiences. And there are stories on the internet that this recall is taking over two weeks. But we were fortunate. Service Manager Patrick took care of all the details of the recall and got everything accomplished in just three days. And the motor home drives as great as always and fuel economy remains 15-16 mpg.
