Excellent dealership, I would recommend to anyone, and I have several times. Service Department is very easy to work with, prices are fair and I have found the work is done right the first time. Two friends purchased a new truck and an SUV and they were very impressed with how they were treated by the sales staff.

We purchased a new Chevy 3500 from them in 2/20. It has been in the shop since 2/24. Today is 3/28. They don’t communicate delays or make their commitments for reply. I have had to involve GM corporate to get help. I need my truck for work. This is costing me my livelihood and they can’t be bothered to give an update on progress or an eta. I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks for them to diagnose and replace a steering part. Liars, frauds, don’t buy a car or truck here. They do not stand by their product and their service is by far the worst I’ve had in 25 years of buying cars. Very disappointing.

I would actually give the service department less than 1 star. I have contacted the bureau of automotive repairs to look into their business practices. The GM never even gave the courtesy of returning my call. Shame on you. During one repair, 270 miles were put on my car. Bad business. Sales department is okay but I was promised chips for my car in 6 weeks and haven't heard back. Cadillac owners beware!

We are an elderly couple living in a different state. In 2021 We had shipped to us a 2012 Mercedes S550 with 59 498 miles on it. Upon delivery the car was making a loud noise. We were told by the driver to sign for the delivery. We contacted the broker who found the car for us. He did not answer but did call later. He seemed concerned and said we should contact the bank that financed it. My husband immediately took the car to the Mercedes Benz dealership the next day. He was informed that the car needed a new motor at the estimated cost of $66 400.16. We contacted the dealership and they asked us to take it to an Independent repair shop and we did. The dealership was communicating directly with the repair shop. The dealership said that the repair shop had fixed the problem and they had been paid. Additionally, Silver Star advised the bank who financed the car of this.However, it was still making the same noise. The dealership ship told the bank that the car was an older vehicle and was bought "AS IS" The Mercedes dealership had diagnosed the car correctly. The dealership paid us for having the car diagnosed. We are two 72 year old people who have spent nearly $20,000 to replace an engine in a car that never should have been sold and we still have a car note. SHAME ON SILVER STAR!!!!

They really try to do a great job the only problem is that GM does not have a lot of inventory to buy the exact color that I want and the dealership was not able to get me the exact car I am looking for for my daughter. Other than that all the other experiences I have had have been great!

Best dealership that I have ever sent with! Ever! And I’m 70 years old, so I’ve purchased a lot of cars in my life. If you want new Caddy or Chevy, make the trip out there and ask for Rosemary. She is number one. This place is a three hour drive, one way, for me. But one email to Rosemary, I told her what vehicle I wanted (already did my research on their website inventory), how much I was willing to pay and she called back with my options. Ask me to fill out the application, called right back to say she would get paperwork ready and I can come pick up the new Cadillac CT5. The people are pleasant, professional and the whole place is well run. Probably a little too far for me to go for an oil change, but some of the other reviews speak nicely about the service center as well.

I was recieving incorrect readings on my Cadillac XT5 for the tire pressure, it was reading the front tires as the back and vice-versa. I brought the car to Casa to check the sensors. Setting aside the horrible communication with my service agent, I'm still in shock over what they're pulling over there. I already knew they were shady and lacking of any real appreciation for their customers based upon my horrific experience with George R during my purchase (that's a whole other nightmare story) but because I have an extended warranty that I purchased with my vehicle, and they had a loaner for me, it seemed easier to bring it to Casa. Huge mistake. They told me I needed a new battery for $490,23, a throttle service for $136.40 and a fuel injection service for $245.79. Thats $842.72 total. They send you a report with big red letters "Needs Immediate Attention" with a red emergency symbol next to it so it seems like an emergency. I declined service, took it to a trusted automotive service center and guess what? I DID NOT need a new battery, it's perfectly fine. And without visually inspecting my throttle/fuel injection, they did say it was too early for that type of service at 40k miles. Let's say I went ahead and did the 3 recommend service at the other shop. The price, had I done everything Casa recommended would have been $588 for all 3 Plus adding an oil change! That should give you an idea of how Casa not only Jack's up their prices but also is deceiving customers by saying they need urgent work that's completely UNNECESSARY!
