About three months ago, our 2019 Jeep Cherokee refused to - afj

About three months ago, our 2019 Jeep Cherokee refused to start or come on at all. AAA tried but could not get it going. So it was towed to our local mechanic, who worked on it for 10 days, without success. They suggested taking it to our local Jeep dealer, Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They had it for 8 weeks before they finally got it running. We brought it home; 8 days later it stopped again. Crystal had it for 6 weeks this time. They finally figured out the problem was a bad installation that had been done by a local car audio store, when they installed a cd changer under the passenger seat. The installer had screwed the unit through the carper, where it hit the electrical harness, causing shorts. While I will deal with the audio dealer, I have nothing but praise for all the time and effort Crystal showed in dealing with this problem. AND, and this is a big deal, they did not charge us one red cent for all the work they had put in, trying to solve the problem. I could not believe it. I don’t know that I’ve ever encountered such generosity. In my book Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is the best outfit bar none. For anyone reading this, don’t hesitate to take your car here for service. They are the best there is!

I have dealt with John and Norman in service for my 2022 Chrysler 300 Limited and everything has been done right. On the sale side, my purchase was easy and they even delivered the vehicle to my home for my wife with a red bow for her to take pictures in our driveway which was a special touch and certainly very appreciative as I did not asked for that but I let it be known it was for her so that was nice. I recommend Stewart for your next vehicle and I will continue to use the service department for my car needs in the future.

After moving to Lincoln CA from a small Midwestern town where the Jeep dealer was a short distance away over a country road with no traffic, the emissions recall notice I received in this busy metropolis of northern CA gave me pause on which direction to go to find a Jeep dealer. There were several to choose from but my hunch was that Auburn Jeep might be the best choice for me. My local automotive shop agreed with me. My son was with me, and when Robert Brassfield greeted us in the Parts Department with a friendly smile and a warm welcome, I knew I made the right decision. An employee like Robert is a treasure. We were provided with a loaner car because It was a half-day job, and everything went smoothly. Many thanks to Robert Brassfield and Auburn Jeep for making it a pleasant experience.
