He has been my service advisor servicing all my Honda vehicles for over 20 years and we are glad this will continue. So far it's been a pleasant experience since I started coming to Niello.

Service advisor Perla Soto of the service department did a wonderful job at taking care of my TLX from every step of the way from maintenance to doing anything to reassuring me about any and all concerns. She did her absolute best and I will always return to her for any and all concerns for my vehicle. She was able to easily arrange a loaner car for me especially when other dealerships couldn't even get me an estimate on when a loaner would be available. She definitely made going to a dealer an easy choice and returning to one an even easier choice!

I took my car in for service because my car battery had been consistently dying for a couple of weeks and continued to not start with a jump even after I replaced the battery. An electrical specialist at my mechanic said he could not find the source of the draw and the car needed to go into the dealer. He thought the repair might be the main computer brain of the car. The service advisor Michelle listened carefully to my troubled history and said she had an idea. She went out to look at the lock on the car door and discovered it had been tampered with which she said will make the computer cycle the lock on and off thereby draining the battery and the power consistently. She recommended replacing the lock which I did and the problem is solved! Her astute thinking and knowledge of cars that she has seen with similar issues saved me a lot of time and money and my car was in repair for less than a day.

Robin Anderson was not the best service manager. She promised updating me on my car a month or so ago and still no update. Funny thing is after a complaint, all of a sudden I get angry words from her. This dealership group needs to retrain their staff or discipline them. They lie and do not keep their word. I am writing this to share my recent experience, - GT

I am writing this to share my recent experience, dissatisfaction and dishonesty with the recent service and the workers I received at Fremont Acura service center from Oct - Dec 2023. I brought my car in for two specific issues manifested multiple times. Here are the concerns: 1) Driver's seat repair: After the initial service, the seat repair turned out to be faulty, and additional parts needed to be replaced which their mechanics broke leading me several follow ups. This took a significant amount of time to resolve, causing inconvenience. 2) Wheel alignment: Following the wheel replacement there at the same service center, my car began veering to the right. The service center did not identify this issue during their test drive and more importantly lied that the alignment was perfect and infact the veering experience is due to crowning of the roads (a demonstration of their poor knowledge and incompetence). A subsequent visit to a local Firestone confirmed the alignment was incorrect and corrected the problem. When sharing the Firestone report the advisor Mike threatened me using disparaging language. 3) Customer service: When I brought these issues to the service center for attention and provided evidence of the misalignment, I did not receive a satisfactory response. I felt threatened and unwelcome when I was asked to leave the premises. I am disappointed with the overall experience and the lack of resolution provided. I would caution everyone to be mindful of big expenses and the integrity of their business practices at this server center. The business practices of the advisors clearly don't aim to retain or bring sustainable clients rather their arrogant attitude of take it or leave it is detrimental for business.
