Olivia has consistently been superb at handling service on my 2021 Tundra Platinum (at 25K miles currently) for numerous service intervals to date. She is very responsive, knowledgeable, and personable as well as clear and concise, so you very much feel like you're in good hands with her. Olivia is superb at keeping me updated on service progress (I usually wait at the dealership), and her post-service follow-up is excellent!
Olivia was out on the day of one of my service visits, so she put me in the very capable hands of Melanie Soriano, who expertly handled my visit that day. I prefer very early morning appointments, and every time I was greeted warmly by Dave Maich (Service Drive Manager) with whom I've enjoyed chatting each time. My most recent visit (25K) featured a nice video summary by Peter Mayberry (Service Technician) that was very informative and well-composed.
Though I bought my Tundra new off the lot at another local SF Bay Area dealership, and though there are several other Toyota dealers that are closer to my home, the consistently excellent vehicle service experience at Toyota Sunnyvale continues to make the 40 mile drive worthwhile.
