This was the best service experience I have ever had at a Chevy dealership. I arrived at Three-Way in a partially disabled Silverado 3500 with a large truck camper loaded in the back. I was a thousand miles from home and needed help. There I had the good fortune of meeting Juanita Henry, who showed genuine empathy and went out of her way to understand the problem and get me help. She was able to fit me on the schedule that same day, connecting me with Nicolas who diagnosed the problem in less than a minute. Three-Way had all the necessary parts in stock, enabling Nicolas to begin the repair that afternoon. By the next morning, I had a working truck again with an engine that seemed cleaner than when it arrived. I got the feeling that Nicolas went the extra mile to do a great job.
Juanita and Nicolas made Three-Way look great. Their professionalism combined with a genuine concern for me and my situation really stood out. Other aspects of the experience stood out as well. Three-Way's grounds were pristine, with beautiful new cars in neat rows everywhere. Even their shuttle service was top notch, with great drivers and a notification system that allowed me to request rides to and from the dealership using a text-based system that couldn't have been easier to use. This is how every dealership should be run!
