Tiffany Baker was my service advisor 5/16/19. I brought my 2016 Rogue in for normal maintenance. Tiffany was very attentive and professional. She discussed with me exactly what I had brought the car in for and made sure the work was done. Tiffany is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. When the job was done she came and got me and explained the costs. I was thinking I still had a maintenance agreement but it had expired. Tiffany explained the situation and I agreed.

I normally do not leave reviews but I thought I would spread some love today. I just brought my GT-R here after bringing it to two other Nissan dealers (I won't name which ones) and these guys really saved me a lot of time and $$$ but most importantly made me feel wanted when I came in. I was told that my car needed control solenoids to be fixed and the other two dealers said that it would cost me a lot of money, I called Stevens Creek Nissan and they told me to bring it in and they would check it out and it might not be the solenoid. Sure enough it was something much cheaper. Andy their GT-R tech and Ron the service advisor were awesome. I can't recommend them enough. They genuinely made me feel special when I came in and even better when I left.
