I have purchased over 7 vehicles from Johnson's Auto. I always feel that I'm treated fairly. The service department has always treated me fairly. I deal with David on the Jerp side as my service advisor. David always kept me informed as to what is going on with my vehicle and listens to my concerns. I have also dealt with Jake on the Ram Diesel side. Jake also treats me very fairly listens to my concerns and keeps me informed about my vehicles. David and Jake are top notch as service advisors going above and beyond and are a great assets for the Johnsons Auto.

We were headed to Denver for an important event...birthday party for our granddaughter and had a problem just past Glenwood Springs so we turned around and headed back to Berthod Motors. A Thursday afternoon with every light on the dashboard lit, 4 wheel drive, ABS everything flashing. Jason was so helpful for us. This is a busy shop and they got the Jeep in and diagnosed and parts ordered. They took us to a hotel and also did a drive through for food. Friday morning, parts arrived, Jeep repaired and we were on our way before noon. We have had our Jeep serviced there for years and it has always been a pleasure working with them. Also a shout out to Steve Kyle who talked to us about a different truck....just really quality people. Thanks so much.

The time required to repair the car was average. Communications needs improving. Service center should update customers weekly of their progress. To get an update, had to call Auto Nation Subaru on Arapaho and have them reach out. Asked for the hail damaged hood to be kept, as I needed it. Save hood was written on the repair work order and hood. Hood was disposed of. Still as of this writing waiting for the collision center to provide a replacement hood. As far as the repairs--the car looks great but very stressful to always being the one to reach out and get no reply. Please get me my hood you owe me!

We received a wonderful response to our radio issues. Excellent and timely service on our Pacifica. Also had touch up on parking lot scrapes which are now impossible to detect. All service and office workers were very cordial. Felt right at home!!!
