When we bought a car at Grossman's, the dealership staff was very helpful, friendly, efficient & knowledgeable. After buying the car, there were several trips back, to ask questions & we were always welcomed very nicely & helped w/whatever concern we had. To give you an idea of the degree to which these guys help out: we stopped by once to ask a question when the NAPA wiper-blade replacements we bought for the car wouldn't readily attach to the car's wiper-assembly. Cody Baumgartner came straight outside & actually put the wipers on the car for us himself, with no charges & a great, pleasant attitude!! This seems to be the best staff-group they've assembled so far, in the time I've dealt w/this dealership. I'd recommend!!

I don't know what the issues are with the negative ratings, but I bought and have had my 2011 Sentra serviced here since new. Except for one time where Nissan USA would not cover an issue with the Bluetooth transceiver, they have never bailed on a warranty issue that was legitimate and have been fair with needed repairs along the way. I will be purchasing a 2020 Sentra toward year's end and have confidence that they will stand behind the product. Compared to the Fords I've had for 40+ years, the Sentra has been more reliable and looks and is running great with 127,000 miles...

Most importantly, the quality of the work perfomed by the service technicians will be hard to beat anywhere! I smiply couldn't ask for more from any dealership service department. DO NOT COME HERE! Every visit I have had was a bad experience TIL THIS DAY(Here now) and I’ve been here about 5-6 times in two years .... For starters, I was given a vehicle with broken front A/C and broken speakers(staticy(2/4).... I go to get them fixed With an oil change that comes with car wash and vacuuming of front area.... I get my car back and they tell me it’s fixed, they were not! And my car was not wash either... I was very confused on why they took so long and looked like nothing was done... I was told to come back in a few days Because they didn’t have the speakers in stock(so how did you just fix/replace them now?) .... they ended up not ordering enough and I had to return again..... when I did they told me I would receive a rental car, turns out I was not able to and I had to miss class.....then I returned for a dent repair.... 1. they didn’t tell me to go to the collision center down the street 2. I try to make sure I can receive a rental they said yes you should have no problem.... get there Day of couldn’t get one at the time they said I waited 5 hours and had to miss work... my car was suppose to stay there for 5 days(M-F) it ended up being 8... I never got any call on updates, what’s exactly wrong , when I can pick up my car, I called on the day I was suppose to finished xxxx near closing time to get some sort of an update as I need to plan my life on whether I can pick up car that day before I be charged for not returning the car in time .....I was told would get it back Monday mind you last minute....then I call Monday near closing time again trying to give them another chance to call me and let me know SOMETHING. They said I would recieve my car Back Tommorow , couldn’t give me a time ... with such short notice they proceed to say well if you don’t come in you will be charged which is unfair .... when I picked up my car my tire was low .... it didn’t go in that way and why would it leave the shop that way? ....I’m here now trying to fix Tires and my speakers once again( which they say I can’t put my music high volume and listen to certain songs because it messes up the speakers and told me warranty won’t cover the repair again and also was told that I had to be willing to pay for the speakers if they order them and they didn’t need to be replace ... it’s the same issue from last time if I’m telling they need to be replace they do and if it turns out they don’t then oh well that’s y’all problem it’s y’all fault they need to be replace in the first place and management told me that and that’s crazy that they would go that far to tell me hey if I order this part and it’s not necessary our money is going to waste and we want you to pay for it instead ....so I’m leasing a car, so much money, and I can’t use everything to its full capability because the quality is poor)... and with my tires they are saying my two rare tires Have nails in them but when I can for oil change/tire pressure and rotation/dent repair 8 days prior nothing was wrong with them so why am I paying for it especially when the car was returned to me that way ! Like am I being played/retaliated on? This Is a joke. I was also told by management I would have a car complimentary ready for me today and guess what I get here and there’s no cars available so cancelled plans again...
This place overall has bad and rude customer service! The employees/management don’t communicate effectively and never return messageS and/or call back from voicemails. Management Dan and Ed are both no help at resolving issues and are just as rude and unprofessional as well. They things they say to try to stastify you they cannot even fall through on and/or another problem occurs as you can see above. They tell you’re complaining and that you’re wrong for being distatfied by their service and lies and that’s baffling how even management is this way so there’s no avoiding it . Today would be my last visit here ever and I would not recommended this place to anyone ever !

One of the worst service department and one of the most unreasonable service Manager Gary. he even started by saying he do no have any time to listen the issue , pay $250 or take your car out of service department; which btw they did marked as serviced but did not complete the work as written on their own worksheet.
I ended up having the same work done at another Nissan dealership and at the half the cost.
Rude. costly and waste of time, better go to other dealership.
Terrible Job / Excessively Long - Bad Choice
I was talked into going to this shop by my insurance company. That was a mistake. It took the shop 32 days to do a 9 day repair. They never called to update me on the progress, the only way to find out what was going on was to keep calling myself. That is a long time to be paying for a rental car. When I did finally get my car back the paint did not match, the body panels where misaligned, there was damage to the interior, a pile of screws was left in the cup holder from who knows where, the windows did not all work, the wheel was rubbing and they charged me $700 for a set of tires I did not want. This was such a terrible job I won’t even go back there to have them fix it. I do not want them anywhere near my car again. Surprising that this is shop can stay in business.
