I went in for a typical oil change but turned out Danny let me know that there were a few things that needed to be updated that I pretty much had an idea already ( tires , brakes ) . He was very attentive, explained everything in detail throughly and kept me updated during this whole process , honestly great service. On top of that Danny Is always super accommodating as well . The dealership is always nice and clean every time I’ve gone plus everyone is very nice , they check you in right away .

My experience with the service department and sales was very good. The only issue is the price for new vehicles (leased or buy) and interest rates are TOTALLY ridiculous! I have been a Nissan and Infiniti customer for many years and four new automobiles over the years. I have an over 800 credit rating and the interest rates are just plain sick! I will NEVER buy a car under these conditions!

AFTER THEY ORDERED THE HYDRAULIC LIFTS FOR THE BACK DOOR & I BROUGHT IT BACK, IS WHEN THEY ULTIMATELY NOTICED THAT MY CAR HAD BEEN HIT IN THE REAR DOOR & I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT. I ASSUMED WHEN I COULDN'T GET THE REAR DOOR TO GO UP OR DOWN, THAT THE STRUTS WERE WORN OUT. BUT THEY SHOULD'VE CHECKED THAT OUT! NOT JUST ASSUME THAT WHAT I THOUGHT WAS WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS! IT TOLD ME, THEY HADN'T EVEN CHECKED IT OUT! IN THE END, I HAD YOUR BODY SHOP DO ALL THE BODY WORK REPAIRS & I AM HAPPY WITH HOW IT WAS REPAIRED.
