I've had my 2020 QX50 for 4 years now which I purchased from the Miami area where my office is located. However since day one there were a few things that never worked which I advised the dealerships in South Dade and Coral Gables . After 6 months of calls and visits to Coral Gables I decided to have Schumacher Infinity of the Palm Beaches service my vehicle this past weekend. Mr. Danny Solórzano went above and beyond in his thoroughness of completing that service. Repairs made on features that never worked from day one. I was so impressed that I intend to purchase all my vehicles moving forward from your Dealership--I anxiously am awaiting the QX80's release...My faith in Infinity is restored!! Thank you so much. Service was really great. Price however seemed excessive, given that the parts required (at auto supply stores) were less by near $200.00. The apparent “markup” doesn’t really seem fair. Will continue to use your facility, since it’s important to me having folks that routinely deal with Fiat. It is the closest “Fiat” dealership for me even though it is an an hour drive away from me. The staff have always been pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.
