I LOVE my Cadillac! At first I was skeptical about the service department, but about 9 months ago, Q showed up & started kicking xxx & taking names in the Service Department. He personally takes care of me & my car now. Calls back when he says he will, follows through on action items, and even calls afterwards to double check! I finally feel like I own a luxury brand automobile! I can’t say enough good about Q, or my salesman, Patrick, who has also become a friend. I like feeling that I really do matter!

Took my Equinox in for my routine oil change and Kathy checked me in and was very nice. You could tell that she had a million things going on, but she still helped me as if I was the only person asking for her assistance. Upon inspection, I needed two new tires, as well as a rear alignment. She tried to find me the same tires that I currently had, which she could not, but she got me right in for my alignment after I went and got tires elsewhere. She is very professional, and nice at the same time. I also have dealt with Kathy with my business, and I get the same great service each time! Thank you Kathy!

Good Morning, for the most part I really enjoy seeing some of the faces at the dealership like Mr. Dan and Mrs. Minnie. However, I’ve not been satisfied with the quality of services. My dissatisfaction comes from quality of work, wait issues, rude employees and wait times. I’ve spoken with the customer service representative, Lindsey, who was really rude over a mistake that was made on her part. The two service department specialists that actually write up everything even heard her because I had her on speaker. It was about my tires not being ordered. Additionally, when I called and was transferred to the service department, I can never talk to the service specialists because she wants to handle the information yet doesn’t know the answer and when I’m transferred they don’t pick up or never return your call even when multiple messages are left. Secondly, I didn’t know that shuttle transportation could only take you a certain distance so the little fellow gave me attitude and was like “I didn’t know you lived this far because I’m not suppose to come this far”. How was I suppose to know? Thirdly, I don’t mind waiting but if I’m going to be there more than 5 hours please don’t give me attitude if I ask for a ride or need transportation to get from point A to point B. Lastly, I received some half xxx service, excuse my language, from the techs either they forget to do something as simple as resetting my oil life back to 100% or adjusting the tire pressure to something major as leaving off an oil cap and I’m only realizing it was off after check engine light came on and oil was everywhere. Luckily, I didn’t blow up the car and still praying I face no issues in the long run. I was even told I would have to pay for the hood blanket at one point, which was a lie! Hopefully, things will get better or I’m going to have to find another certified GMC- Chevrolet dealership out of town!

If I could give minus stars I definitely would.! I have owned Cadillac cars as have my father and I have never been treated so bad as a customer. I relocated from California and had always received top notch service from Cadillac dealerships and if something wasn’t right they’d make it a point to make sure it was. Hennessy Cadillac from my first encounter has been disappointing. I went to get my XTS serviced and had issues with the service department. I went to purchase a car and had issues and was so upset and disappointed that I went to another dealership 40 miles from my home to purchase a 2019 XT5. They treated me as if I was a peasant. I didn’t learn from my past 2 experiences and made the bad decision of going to get my first service done ( oil change and tire rotation) what could possibly go wrong right? WRONG! To anyone that is going to have service done on their car to read the reviews because I’m not the only person that has complained. Service and sales ! Be warned! I go twice as far to have my services done and will never purchase a car from this sad excuse for a Cadillac dealership.

I brought my Cadillac in for service, and was told they had no loaner. Waited on a warranty part and a call back but never heard from them again. Two months later, I called and was told "the part just came in", but no loaners available. FOUR phone calls later, to include one to the Service manager over a three week period, I still don't have an appointment on a WARRANTY item. No one returns calls, no one does anything to assist and this dealership is a joke. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I had told the service rep that my screen wasn’t working on my vehicle. He said he would order me a new one and call when it came in. After a week went by without any phone call, I called to check to see if it came in. He said yes but that he couldn’t get me in to have it fixed for another week because they were backed up with orders. So after two weeks of waiting, I showed up on the day to service my vehicle and that rep wasn’t there, because “he had an emergency” , and the other reps had no knowledge of my appointment. Finally after getting me signed in, I asked them to take a look at the transmission too because it was stuttering, they said they would. They also said they would do an oil change on my car. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am, at 3:15pm I still hadn’t got an update on my car so I had to call the dealership to find out if it was done. When they finally answered the phone, after trying 3 times, the lady said my vehicle was done but they didn’t have the paperwork don’t yet so I needed to wait at least another 30 mins before coming to pick it up. When I got there to get my vehicle they tried charging me for my oil change, even though my first 10 oil changes were put into my contract price and no one could give me an answer about why my transmission was stuttering. My paperwork said there were 3-4 recalls they did on my car but NO ONE informed me of what was wrong or what they performed on my vehicle. I still am not sure if they replaced my screen or if they corrected the transmission stutter. This is also the 3rd time I have had a vehicle serviced at this location in the last 6 months and they have kept my vehicle all day without even offering me a ride somewhere OR offering me a different car to use for the day. This will probably be the last time I use this location for Service on my vehicle.

I bought a used Silverado some years ago at another dealer. I went in for an oil change and was told I needed to replace my oil pan gasket for $300 and some dollars. I looked at the oil pan and it looked like someone had smeared oil on it--not seepage. I watched it for the next five years and never had a spot on the driveway or needed to add oil. I never went back until today. I called about replacing my airbag igniter and was told the part was there and scheduled appointment for the next day. When I showed up at the dealer they did not have the part and had no idea who made the appointment. They are 0 for 2 and will never have another chance with me.

This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place.
Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.
