Just wanted to do my due diligence to tell people how awful Jim Shorkey Mazda Gainesville customer service is., they will not stand behind warranties that they sell a.k.a the $1500 warranty for the interior protection for my Mazda CX 5 , they refused to stand behind it and my wife had to argue for 8 hours before they finally agreed to do something but by that time they had my wife crying because Mr.Engle so rude and disrespectful . Don't fall for there games, lost customer for life and I make sure I TELL EVERONE I KNOW abut how horrible they treat ther customers after they sell them a vehicle .

Two visits--Tried to sell bogus repair: (Read Review) - Bob

I bought a used Silverado some years ago at another dealer. I went in for an oil change and was told I needed to replace my oil pan gasket for $300 and some dollars. I looked at the oil pan and it looked like someone had smeared oil on it--not seepage. I watched it for the next five years and never had a spot on the driveway or needed to add oil. I never went back until today. I called about replacing my airbag igniter and was told the part was there and scheduled appointment for the next day. When I showed up at the dealer they did not have the part and had no idea who made the appointment. They are 0 for 2 and will never have another chance with me.

Misdiagnosed problem on my Cadillac. Tried to sell me more parts that were NOT defective. Then it took nearly two MONTHS to get my refund. Couldn't get call backs. Operator refused to transfer me to dealership manager!! Have dealt here for several years. Will NOT return there for many reason!! Buying elsewhere.

Zach in Cadillac service is awesome! He’s helped me on several occasions and I prefer to only deal with him. I have never felt like I was taken advantage of or offered services that I didn’t necessarily need. Some of their prices are cheaper than other service shops for example the price of the oil change on my Escalade cheaper than anywhere else in the city.

This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place. Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.
