I have been a customer for 30+ years and recently due to the Covid-19 pandemic have had to change Service Advisors. Luckily I was referred to Terry Kelly, who was an excellent replacement for Marshall Hadley.
Recently I needed some minor urgent quick fix repairs to both front and rear bumper skins due to some minor stupid mishaps! With my mother in a very frail state and dealing with my own health issues, I was able to call Terry to explain my situations going on. He was willing to have me come in to inspect both to review and assist me with some easy fixes until I have the time and strength to have more done if need be at a later date. Which I was super impressed and thankful!
Thank you Terry for your honest & superb service to me and my car during my dyer need of time. I think I found myself a new advisor, I can trust and rely on going forward.

had car toad there when it broke down 2006 nissan xterra, the bill got up to 1500.00 and called me on sat said car was ready, and the total was 1537.00 and on monday called and said they were going to run some gas through and it should be ready that afternoon, well they called back said needed catalyic converter, when they called me back said just the parts was 2800.00 more, to me 1500.00 should have let them seen it was that before the changed this and that the first thing they said was bad gas,,, well guess what the gas was tested and it was not bad gas, they are a rip off dont take your car there or by a car from them they are a bunch of money hungry crooks

Of the 5 people working the service counter, one had on a mask, one had as mask around his neck and the other three had no masks. When the one with the mask around his neck asked if he could help me, I told him to put on his mask, which he did begrudgingly. At that time he directed me to my rep, who did not have a maks. When I brought that to my reps attention me ignored me on more than one occasion. When I asked again if masks were required for the service personnel he told me "NO". I stood about 12 feet from him.
This dealership has ZERO concern for the health and well being of the customer. No hand sanitizing stations. The customer has no importance to this facility. I will never go back.
