when I scheduled my first appointment over the phone, the service writer put my phone number into the system incorrectly. Big problem. From then on they couldn't find me and we had to reinvent the wheel with every interaction. Naturally, it was my fault somehow. The work they did was fine, but I always felt like I was the one customer that day they just didn't want to deal with. All because of a wrong phone number.

I’ve taken my Outback here to be serviced a couple of times for routine oil changes and a safety recall. Each time I’ve been here I’ve been greeted by an employee in the politest manner! They’re very transparent with what’s going to happen and approximately how long it will take. They always offer to wash my car, too! I’ve never been to a more easy going, friendly car dealership in my life. I love my Subaru and Rogers Subaru takes great care of it!

During the month of October, 2012, I had the privilege to work with Randy at Lithia Body and Paint in Boise, Idaho. The passenger mirror on my vehicle had been damaged at Metro Car Wash in Boise. Brent, the manager of Metro Car Wash immediately took the claims report and forwarded the information to Lithia Body and Paint.
Within a day, I was called to Lithia to determine the extent of the damage. Although the damage was minor, Randy at Lithia took the claim seriously and ordered parts for my vehicle. As soon as the parts came in, I was immediately scheduled for a show-up, not an extended appointment date, and the damage was repaired to my satisfaction. Randy was extremely helpful throughout the process and treated me as if this was a major repair for his company. There was no cost to me during this process. Brent called several times to ensure the work had been done to my satisfaction.
I was very impressed with the response from Brent at Metro Car Wash and Randy with Lithia Body and Paint. Both are professionals and a credit to their businesses. I would recommend both services in the future.
Amazing Service - Subaru
I cannot say enough about the level of customer service Wackerli Subau provides. My wife and I were traveling from N. Idaho to Tucson, AZ on January 30 in our 2016 Outback when we experienced a failure in our sunroof. We pulled into Wackerli Subaru about 4:30 that afternoon, and explained our problem. Their service personnel immediately took our car and provided us with temporary repairs (most dealers do not stock sunroof glass and frames) which enabled us to continue our trip. They also diagnosed the problem and indicted that the repair should be covered by our warranty (which is was).
Excellent and caring service! The repairs were done quickly, even though we came in unannounced and near the end of their work day. We were so very impressed by everyone we interacted with at the dealership and found them to be welcoming and very professional. The service personnel provided us it's treats for our dog and water bottles for ourselves and did an amazing job! Thank you so much for your excellent service.
